Hello, I would appreciate your help and suggestions in my case.
To provide context, I graduated recently with a master's degree and applied for my EAD card on March 12, 2024. My OPT start date was June 17, 2024, and my case was approved on March 31, 2024. The card was produced on June 14, 2024, three days before the OPT start date. However, I have not yet received the physical EAD card via USPS, even though it has been one month and fifteen days since its production.
I have contacted both USCIS and USPS and raised an E-enquiry on the USCIS portal regarding the missing EAD card, but I have not received any substantial information. I am concerned about the unemployment days accumulating since June 17, 2024, as F1 OPT students have a 60-90 day unemployment limit.
Can you please help me out?
