You guys are absolutely the best. Of all the home videos I've ever seen you guys make the best. The HD quality, camera angles, and super easy explanations make me super confident. Thanks you guys so so so much.
Hello love watching your videos your very thorough in your details and explain everything so well. I'm a handy woman love to do my own improvement's . Tomorrow I'm starting to fit new counter sink and faucets . thank-you for your instructions :)
HEY! @5:41, I have this exact setup. I am having the hardest time getting this fastener tight enough. Is there a trick/tool to get those 2 bolts extra snug? Seems I can only hand tighten them or maybe with channel locks, but the faucet head/base keep shaking loose w/ continual usage.
You really should mention a basin wrench for removing those gard to reach fasteners holding the faucet down up under the sink. Ridged also makes a sink faucet installation tool that is useful.
Hi. I have a question. I want to remove my old faucet which happens to be exactly the same as the one that is already installed on your sink. I just can't find the way to remove the faucet. Can you help me to find the way to do that? Thank you.
I need to see how you tighten down the faucet that you have installed in this video. The other faucet has a different mounting method with the large nut on the threaded post. My sister has one identical to the installed faucet that has come loose. I need to know how that gets tightened up again. I see an Allen key set screw on the side of the faucet and removed it but the faucet did not separate from the base so that I could access the screws holding down the assembly to be able to tighten it. Hopefully you can guide me in the right direction. Thanks
Always great videos, thank you. I have a question: do you use any kind of sealant under the plate and gasket when covering the two unused holes? I have to use a deck plate like in the video and it comes with a rubber gasket, but am concerned of leakage from splashes onto and around the deck plate. Thanks.
Hi. Sorry to ask but how do you remove the faucet that is already install in your video? I have the same one at home and I want to change it without break anything. Thank you
I saw no installation...I saw an installed faucet and an explanation. I need to see it because I want to see the silicone applied to the base plate i.e how much and where
I have a similar faucet but its held in place by a single nut which comes loose every so often. I remember having a Moen box wrench originally which I since have lost. Can one buy those Moen box wrenches or would I have to use a basin wrench? The basin wrench is very difficult to get under the faucet and drop of the sink.
Should those the mounting shank nut be flush to the bottom of the sink before tightening the two screws attached to the nut? In other words should I remove the two screws from the shank nut until it is tight and then insert the two screws?
Robert Smeagles That Glacier Bay 900 is the same one I have. It developed a leak in the ball socket in the pull down hose and I’m trying to find just the hose/ sprayer assembly so I don’t have to replace the whole $155 unit. It’s like pulling teeth when Home Depot stops selling something to get the replacement parts. (China)
listened to a couple this is the first that was worth watching thanks.

Very clear explanation. I like the intelligent descriptions. And the best thing is no obnoxious "music" playing in the background.

If I remember correctly there are 2 screw heads under the counter tat can be turned to tighten.

Wanted to know what makes a faucet durable and leak proof.....what to look for when buying
I have a similar spray connection and having trouble disconnecting from the spray line. Is there a trick to disconnecting?
Were you able to figure it out? I'm having the same problem 😑
Thanks, Shannon.

A local Moen distributor may have them, or Moen themselves would likely send one out.

+Charles Charles yes back them off so they are not sticking through
Very helpful,
Thanks
Just wondering, is dish soap unit helpful to install? Most of kitchens I saw don't have soap dispenser at the sink.
hardly ever see them anymore
Won't install one. Thx
Do we need to put silicon or plumber putty to water seal between the faucet and countertop above the sink?
How much you usually charge for this job?

what kind of counter top do you have a video about it?

The metal cylinder with the lines in it has broke in to . The piece with the screws in it was never attached. Please help?
Just got this same one from ace for 40 bucks
I couldn't unlock the faucet with my wrench, need to call a plumber and he's charging 100$
It would be better if you would actually do It so we can see
dude ... all talk. when are you going to show the actual installation?
I agree, I didn't see anything I could use to help me install this Glacier Bay model.....waste of time
