    It's just £2.50 per month,If I was in that situation I would've paid for that service, rather than waiting for an engg to fix it which would take week a 2, speaking with the manager would not do any better, if only you are looking for Credits being applied on the AC for unconvince...

    Simple solution. Book an engineer to fix the fault. Call divert would not work if the LL is dead and there is a fault on the line anyway. So if it is an external fault, just book it. If not, troubleshooting and then an engineer inside of the house if needed. And for FS, you have mobile phones people. Fuckin' use them...

    After working for sky in Belfast an agent can at anytime apply up to £60 credit on an account at any given time. This guy didn't want to help. He should have went to his team leader and asked them to allow him to even give a £2.50 credit on the account then put on call divert then put you through to the ones responsible for bt openreach.

      i worked at sky tech team and we cannot give such big credit,only the retention team can

    Sorry to hear about your aunty and your uncle. Hmmm Does seem a bit odd that he is advising caller diversion rather than an open reach engineer visit to fix the line :/ .. That would incur a charge but I would have thought that due to the circumstances it may have at least being credited back..
