- It took me a week to figure out how to download this, so I hope this helps you. If a step doesn't work or does something weird, let me know in the comments and I'll try to help.
Steps (oversimplified, but usable):
1 - On Linux (my distro of choice is Ubuntu) go to the official GitHub page of Zyn and go to the "Zyn-Fusion-Build" repository.
2 - Follow the steps listed for cross-compiling for Windows on Linux, but instead of compiling everything, just compile Zyn.
3 - Switch to Windows, download MSYS2 and use the Mingw64 terminal to compile zest via the method listed for compiling on Mingw64.
4 - Take the file result from step 3 and import it to Linux, putting it in the same folder that step 2 created. (It's ok for files with the same name to be replaced.)
5 - On Linux, follow the listed step to package everything.
6 - Take the zip file to Windows
Damn man too good to be true you saved me. I tried to compile it at least 10 times now and now it WORKSSSSSS!!!!!!

Course man, like I said in the video, it took me an agonizing week to figure that out. Good luck and happy synthesizing! Zyn is really powerful and I'm still trying to figure out what all the knobs do lol
@@clockFox09 thanks again and have a good time with ubuntu! I'm a fellow Linux enjoyer myself and I learned about zyn a while ago because it was preloaded with LMMS now I moved to Waveform and missed zyn a lot. Have fun! :D
@@valentixmilani144 you too! I've recently downloaded Cinnamon and now I'm even considering adding Ubuntu Cinnamon to my windows computer via dual boot lol, and thanks!
@@valentixmilani144 also, when you said it it completely flew over my head, but in case you haven't read my channel description, I have LMMS too! That's ALSO how I found out about Zyn-Fusion! XD
