To cook the most perfect jollof rice and stew, getting your base right is important.
Ingredients:
Less tomatoes
More bell peppers
More or less scotch bonnet (according to preference)
More chilli
Onions
Ginger
Garlic
Tips:
Always blend your Jollof base smoothly, that’s the right consistency
Roast or boil your peppers before blending
Use more garlic and less ginger
