I've been searching for this song for years ... I remember it from my childhood and only remembered the riff which I would sometimes whistle to myself. Finally found it❤️
We all have somehow this or that song that we seqrched for years till we found it bby chance. I still have on from 1980s a german song sung by a frensch men. HAd another one that I reard somewhere in a disco in 1979 and found it finaly her on youtube in 2018.
Same here, the riff is like an alien, except that the tune doesn't jump out of your stomach, but stays in your brain and time to time jumps out and then returns back ;)
I was like 13, traveling by over night train to Slovakias High Tatras Štrba. It was winter time. Somewhere behind Liptovský Mikuláš scenery became just breathtaking. And I listened to this on my cassette player, rewinding the song by using pencil to save battery life. Nevertheless, this song reminds me all that. And I love those moments when I hear it unexpectedly. Goosebumps👍♥️♥️
A pencil to rewind a cassette tape. I wonder if kids today will understand what you are talking about. A pencil ? Rewind ? A cassette tape ? Anyway, some of us do (I am from 1971) - and thank you for your fine little trip down Memory Lane.
I remember seeing this on our family TV, before jumping on my bicycle on my way to school 30 years ago, 1990s were great. I still look for this song to this day to remember those days 😚
I found this amazing song by accident. A very well written song, the Anderson song writing genes are obviously strong, the family resemblance is strong too. These three talented ladies are an absolute joy to listen to, and their beautiful voice blend so well. They are beautiful ladies.
I'm so happy I found this song!! All I rememberd was 20 seconds of the music but no lyrics. I heard this song when I was on vacation in Cadzand (the Netherlands)... but i was only 8 or 9 years old when I heard it! Now, today I found it!! My birthday is tomorrow... 28 years :) It took me 20 years to find it! I'm so happy!!! Greetings Monique from Eindhoven, the Netherlands
Heard this song play on the radio today and luckily for shazam because i needed to hear it again. Havent heard this since i was a kid and im going to have it on repeat now. SO GOOD! Great memories along with this song.

Heard this song when I went to Sweden in the v early 90s - an absolute masterpiece - fond memories of dancing with Swedish girls whilst this played over the speakers.
Today I felt like playing some of my old cassettes with radio recordings, and in one of them was a fragment of this song. I came here immediately to listen to the whole thing and all I have to say is this is 4.28 minutes of pure joy. Thanks for sharing.
Now this song is one I've longed to hear again for years, but it was hard searching for it as "That's my way of life" was the only line I remembered in words, and since that is not the song title (not to mention that the line is used in many other works), well... And now coincidence lead me here... Great hearing this song again ;)
I just heard this song for the first time tonight (although it was Blackmore Night's version). I must say this is one of the greatest songs I've ever heard. BN's version got me so pumped while listening to it, it's a great driving song. I'm just hearing this version tonight as well. Amazing song and thanks for the upload!
This song is for me I always want to listen to... when it is almost New Year! It has such an optimistic tune. The recognition for the son of ABBennyA was there in 1992 and I think he was even more in symphonic keyboards than his father. A pity we never heard anymore about him internationally...What a brave classic song!!
Ive been trying to remember this song for ages! Thank you google for tracking down the name with just some random lyrics. And thank you so much for posting the video
Bob Rosenburg It seems you have not yet realized that what is good for you may be crap for someone else, and vice versa. Thus such a statement on a place like this mean less that nothing.
Fantastic song! Fantastic synth sounds from the one and only Peter Grönvall! This was the first CD-single I ever bought back in -93. Before that I had only bought vinyl records but with this song I made the transition to CD...
Wonderful! I have searched for this video many times and finally it is here. I heard this song a lot when it was new and this brings back good memories :-)
I don't remember whom borrowed me this CD, but I remember I never wanted to return it. Fortunately I was never asked to return it. Unfortunately it broke before I could rip it to FLAC or WAV. :D Love it and I appreciate sharing a great piece of human creativity!! My best regards for all the members of the band. You were really appreciated in Portugal. :D
Bought the single when it came out and literally played it all day, this will always be the greatest song ever for me, to this day i feel so emotional every time i hear it, and now i hear they have released a new Christmas song; "Alice In Winterland" which is just as beautiful.

I just listened to Blackmore's Night version and god... I can't believe how such an epic song (the original) can be turned in such a generic borefest (BN's version). These three ladies did marvels with this song. I especially love how they sing the last chorus, absolutely EPIC
Loved this song for yrs, but I had no idea they came from Sweden and has ties to Abba.. I agree totally with whoever said this song is the "sister" to You're the voice by John Farnham.. Two amazing and timeless songs..
You know, I love all kind of music, but one could say I grew up on more modern electronic music, such as DnB, Progressive/Psy Trance, Techno (Deep, minimal, even Schranz etc), but somehow I always end up here during my youtube music session :-) wonder why.... well... Nah. Not really. I know why xD Awesome song. And also awesome Nanne...

Peter Grönvall (Greenwall) is Benny Anderssons son, you can hear the ABBA in the song.
but still good music
Haven't said it's bad...
I'm guessing the members ABBA contributed a lot in music even since they separated as a group. One more example: One Night In Bangkok by Murray Head.
One Night in Bangkok was written by Andersson & Ulvaeus. So yes, former members of ABBA did contribute to that song. Like Writing it.;o)
Peter is also married to Nanne which sings in this band, worth mentioning.
