I’m over 60 but am getting more fit. I play doubles 3-4 times a week. I supplement that with weight machines and swimming laps another 2 times per week. If I drop another 10 lbs. I know I can hit 4.0 level. Now I’m 3.75 😀

Hey Fernando, that is the NTRP Scale used primarily for league play in the U.S. The USTA uses his system to keep players of like capabilities playing competitive matches. 3.5 is intermediate and 4.0 is intermediate starting to move to advanced
