  • The Middle Finger helps with many issues with the bladder. The Secondary Bladder Reflex on the hand is found by arthritic symptoms in the joints of the 3rd finger, or by any injury to a single finger. This could be anything from a paper-cut, knife injury, sprain all the way to a break of the finger/toe. We always look at what finger was involved; go to the secondary reflex of the finger or toe and when you know the emotion housed in the organ you can piece together exactly how it was created on a subconscious level.
Injuries happen when there is a lot of energy or strong feelings around an emotion and instead of expressing how you feel, you hold it. This could be because you don't know how to say it without hurting someone's feelings or if you feel they won't hear you or they won't 'get it'. Strong emotions need to have an avenue of release. If they don't we find that little accidents (sometimes big accidents) happen to us.
The 3rd finger is referring to the bladder as a secondary reflex. You will want to know which side the injury occurred on as the left side is our female side and the right side is our male side. If you are a person that says all your body challenges are on one side or the other, you may have more challenges with that gender, which also includes the self.
If you are a female and your left 3rd finger is injured or arthritic you might be irritated with yourself, your Grandma, Mom, Sister, Boss or child if female.
The Body Talks Reflexology is all about self discovery and understanding just how powerful we are and by learning the signals the body is giving us we can better understand how we are affecting ourselves on a physical level.
