At 4:54 the container with red solution is actually agar, for 4 microgram antibiotic solution....
After the antibiotic is added into the agar solution.... Its poured into the petri dish ( the one in grey color...)

I really want to understand how to prepare the inoculum. I still don't know if I need to dilute the inoculum from 10ˆ8 until 10ˆ5, it means 3x diluting it 1/10 or something else.

Thank you for the informative video. That would be great if you help me with the confusing part on 3:55 which is animated by transferring 800 micro liter while the mentioned transferred amount is 100 micro liter, besides considering the dilution calculation formulas the proper amount to be transferred from stock solution to make the 4 micro-gram / ml solution should be 0.08 ml or 80 micro liter.

I have a question at 5:00, if add 50ul of the antibiotic at 4 ug/ml to 50 ml agar, does that change the concentration of antibiotic?

Super video bro. Bro I have a doubt on how you got the concentration as 4ug/ml at time 4:07. I get 40ug/ml. Can you explain?

Bro one more doubt. What is the difference between the red coloured solution and gray coloured solution at time 5:04. Because both of the solution is labeled with the same ' 4ug/ml antibiotic sol' .

It's nice video, I have a question at the time 5:00.
How many volume of gray solution that you add in red solution?
How many volume of red solution that you pour in a plate?
I communicate English language not well, I'm so sorry but I hope to get answer from you, Bro.
    Thank you.

at 5:00 you did not say the volume of the agar you are using or the volume of the solution that is being added.
