Best decision i ever made for growing my chest was to focus on dumbbell incline presses. I'm making sure to get the deepest stretch possible, even going a little lighter to focus on the stretch. Wish I had done it years ago. Respect, brother.

You’re laughing, but that’s what meal prepping and tracking macros is. If you have a certain amount of calories, carbs, proteins, fats to consume you can’t go over that amount. Either that or you’ll have to track how much you took that morning.

When your sick is because your body is not strong enough to kill the virus. So the body is weaker, You need to rest and sleep and eat to give your body the energies to kill the virus…. When you go to the gym it’s bad, now your sick and your body needs to fix the muscles also… that few hours in the gym made no gains and it’s all bad for the body. Rest is good, to bad you show people that you need to train when your sick and make other people in the gym sick also… I’m not a covid junkie 😂😂😂 but sick people need to stay home and get better.

Incline dumbbell is great man. Made that switch about 4 months ago and my chest is growing again.
