I'm watching this video on a Tuesday Renee 🤣 I seem to be SO busy lately that I often don't get to them straight away...lots of appointments this week! and somehow 😵💫 walking over my River 🐺 I seem to have popped a blood vessel 😮 nightmare 🥰 xxx
I definitely feel for you getting your period Renee, we're the same age and I seem to have stopped completely for the last year now so I hope I don't follow you in as much as it's going to start again 😬 I've felt so FREE 🤗 xxx
Since I've seen all of your videos i had a good idea of what certain days bring to you. Of course there's always those unexpected snafus that come along and try to high jack our schedule! I know you filled this last week so does that mean lay Wednesday you weren't doing Amazon Live or did you mean tomorrow (17th)? I get confused because I know you film at least a week ahead.
I have a couple of questions: 1. Do the boys see your morning floor stretches as your time and respect that ? 2. Did the previous groomer not work out as expected ? Drinking that much water is an amount somebody just pulled out of their ear bec there is no one set intake for everybody. Consider all liquids: coffee, iced tea, soup, etc. as a beverage---otherwise, we run the risk of unnecessarily taxing our kidneys. I have a glass of sugar free, non fizzy something or other nearby all day, ready for a quick sip. Your period from here on out is going to get weirder and weirder and you will spot at odd times....buy a stash of panty liners.
@@cindyedmonds8878 I’m not going to do it anymore in the near future. Honestly it took me about 5 hours to prep and do each livestream and the results weren’t worth it financially. I would rather show my favorite items in a YOuTube video rather than a livestream. To much pressure!
Girl I am with you 1000% on the rude public phone situation,I also find it troubling to see a family out for dinner and all is on their phones having little conversation with each other 😡
Oh my goodness....yes!!!!! I agree agree agree 😡 It's so sad to watch families or couples in my ice cream shop simply ignore each other and stare at their phones. And don't even get me started on the rude customers that can't even stop a phone conversation to place their order with me. DRIVES ME CRAZY!
@@janhankins911 Oh yeah.....and they will even have the person on speaker phone and will stand there and point at the menu because they can't stop talking long enough to actually "speak to me". And then there is the person watching TH-cam videos while they order....won't look up from their phone, have the video blarring, and are so zoned out they can't function in the real world. I've seen it all. Super frustrating.
Oh all of those get my goat on a major way! And can't tell you how many times I've been behind a car in a drive thru line who is ordering while talking and the gal is so confused because she has no idea that one is on the phone. And I can hear them with my window down and they're so loud. But Renee the best one I've read is when they point to the menu item like you're supposed to read their mind! 😡 just take off speaker and let that call hold on! Gracious!
Always--Always-- buy your mirrors at Kirklands or a thrift store! You will find the best deals with unique interest. ( I am an interior designer, Trick of the trade. Love your energy!
Pollux loves it when I change the sheets....he rolls on the sheets when I throw them in the floor...then he gets on the freshly made bed and lounges ❤️
I always look forward to your videos! They brighten up my day (but make me feel a bit like a lazy sloth! In my defense, I'll be turning 67 in October, so guess that entitles me to slow down a bit, plus I'm happily retired, so don't have to work.) I enjoyed a week in your life and you didn't fail at all! Thanks so much for inviting me into your life and feeling like a friend (even though we've never met).
Really enjoyed this opportunity to spend a week with you Rene!! My parents owned a small mom and pop restaurant here in Grapevine, Texas in the 1980's and I worked there with them after i got off work (teaching school). So I know how hard running your ice cream shop is. I have never seen curled up ice cream and would LOVE to try it. keep up the good work on your new health and eating routine. I'd love to know how the weight loss goes. Ok enjoy your time with Randy and the boys!!! I just discovered your videos a few weeks ago and am wanting to get caught up with all the ones on your channel and find out what happened to Randy and his heart attack!!! I know he survived it and he looks great so all must be well!!! Take care and don't wear yourself out working every weekend! Carol in Fort Worth.
Hi Carol! So glad to have you here. Randy is fine now. His heart attack was in June of last year. Fully recovered after several surgeries to remove the blood clot ❤️
You are wonderful & honestly a joyous inspiration 💕 I love the fur babies & love all the new books you advise.. thanks for making me smile & My son is in New Orleans & I miss him so much, so I get lonely & you help me feel better ♥️🐾🐾🙏 blessings to you!
Rose is so right, you are uplifting! There are inspirational nuggets, I can use a few to be more flexible, perky and adaptable. So happy you and Randy are focusing on health as a team too 😘😘😘😘 for the empty nesters and fur babies!
Hi Renee, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastasised Ovarian Cancer in 2020. It was a bit scary however but I’m still here and thriving! Just wanted to say your videos helped me through the time in hospital (7 weeks) after a huge op and the chemo sessions as well. You brought so much light on the times when I was feeling a little down.. So THANK YOU to you and your wonderful family! 🙏😘🙋♀️🇦🇺
You are a very impressive woman, I must say. I'm exhausted thinking about what I just watched. Kudos to you, Renee and yippee for 3 days a week. Time to let your curls down a little bit. You deserve it! xoxo
Renee, really enjoyed this video. Felt like I was out with a friend! ...... loving your sweet fluffy boys, Maxie looked super cute with his new hair cut and Pollux all silky smooth with his fluffy brush of a tail 💛💛💛 Well done for the filming, not an easy task with a busy week! (p.s. assuming this was not the first time your floor washer let you down ?)
Maxxie is adorable with his new haircut...and Pollux is so soft and fluffy. She was also able to get a lot of his shedding hair out too. And yes....the was not the first time the floor clean skipped out on us 😡
Oh my gosh Renee! You have so much energy and such a busy life! I would never make it through everything you do. Thanks for taking us along. Love and blessings ♥️🙏
Renee a week in your life would kill me. Seriously kill me. Hats off to you girl... you are one active lady xxx I had to watch your video in two half I was so exhausted from just watching the first half lol xxx
My word! I'm exhausted just seeing how much you get done in one week. I was laughing at your morning hair, my mouth was watering at the ice cream and all the other food you and Randy fixed, thought your bathing suit was super cute, and (as always) got a kick out of Maxxie and Pollux. I could go on and on so I'll just say, I really enjoyed this video!
I really enjoyed watching the week in your life and think you did a great job! I'm 58 and menopause kicked my butt! I was on birth control pills until I had a blood clot when i was 47 (superficial vein). I went off the pill and pretty quickly started having ALL the menopause symptoms. Hot flashes, night sweats, sleep problems, the weight gain, and arthritis! I "hit" menopause before I turned 50. I found you when you posted your weight watchers videos, which I've never actually done, but watch many content creator's videos on it. I really need to do something so I think I'll watch those videos you talked about and maybe grab that book. I'll be very interested in hearing of your progress and also seeing what you're eating! I work outside my home but the first thing I know would help is meal planning. I've been meaning to try your brussel sprout recipe. Except for gaining too much weight while pregnant, i was never overweight and now I NEED to lose 50 pounds, YIKES! I'm 5'2" as well (I've heard you mention you are the same height). Your daughter is beautiful! My husband and I have 2 sons but we are empty nesters as well. And our German Shepherd passed away in April at 12 (ish) years old so our nest is REALLY empty. Sorry so long....
I developed Premature Ovarian Failure (POV) at age 32, shortly after the birth my second son. That basically means I ran out of eggs early so no more periods and I never went through menopause. Yippee!! I can't imagine still having to deal with monthly periods for the last 18 years of my life. I count it as a "life blessing".
Whew… tired just watching you. Your daughter is a sweetie and beautiful. I am finally moving back into my house since being flooded by hurricane Ida and my life has been crazy busy this past year. Louisiana girl!☺️ Happy to finally be home with my fur baby!
Renee, you are such a busy bee ! When you have some free time in your schedule, you ought to created a "Best of" video like Pollux and Maxxie. Mochi and Mia, etc to run on those weeks that you are too busy to create a new video. You know we all love watching Maxxie and Pollux playing. Manny F.
Renee I must say you are grounded, loaded with common sense, you’re a beautiful person inside and out and I also have to say your parents did a good job. I enjoy your TH-cam channel it was Pollux adoption that attracted me to your TH-cam channel. You are a role model and I believe you help a lot of people by just being down to earth Renee. Bless you and your family.
Oh, sister, you hit upon my biggest pet peeve! I just stare in disbelief at those people on their phones having loud conversations for all the world to hear. I was having breakfast alone at a restaurant recently when across the restaurant, I heard a guy on his cell phone. When he got to the point of putting it on speaker, I got up, walked to his table, and asked him to please take it off speaker. I was all ready for him if he wanted to argue the point but he just looked embarrassed and hung up on whoever he was talking to and left. If more people would call out these idiots they might stop doing it. Just unbelievable.
I do intermittent fasting 2 days a week and it’s changed my life! I watched a special from an English Doctor called Michael Moseley and he says two days a week is enough but they shouldn’t be together. So I usually do say, Monday and Wednesday’s. It has been incredible for my health.
WOW! Sorry, this might be long 😁. First, other than ab work I really DO NOT think you need to work out on Mondays; your hustle and CTC delivery is enough of a workout! BRAVO on the intermittent fasting! Yes, it will work for you! I do mine from 8-4 (sometimes 9-5) and find it is the easiest way to drop some pounds and then keep them off. I eat healthy, indulge in some small ways and never feel deprived! One thing I DO NOT compromise on is my morning (sometimes afternoon) coffee. I take it with heavy cream, sometimes heavy cream with honey and it is just something I am not willing to give up. Love seeing so much of the furs in this Vlog - all so loved and happy thanks to your family and so handsome from the groomer. Ms. R, being a wife, mother to humans and paws, business owner, content producer and the many other hats you wear, is always going to keep you hopping - so love to see you relaxing by the pool! You go girl!
Hi Ella!!!! I actually do that workout most days 😁 It's only 10 minutes and I include stretching too. I've been on my new eating/fasting routing for a full week now and I'm seeing results AND feel great!!!! I also love my coffee with cream and honey...but I want it first thing in the morning. I've given it up for black coffee so I don't break my fast. I eat between 10-6. Wish I was in the pool today but it's cold and rainy. Yuck!
I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for 6 years. I started with 18:6 and went to OMAD, eating once per day at 4 pm. Recently I went to a small mini meal at 2 pm after my daily swim and then dinner at 4. I feel the best eating that way. IF makes me feel so happy and healthy. I was keto for 5 years. Now I am doing low glycemic low carb. I highly recommend this lifestyle. The best part of IF is autophagy. Best of luck❤️ BTW, girl you are crazy busy! That book you are reading was amazing, enjoy! Love your vids. Love Dr Mindy as well.
Wow Renee you just go go go .Enjoyed watching a week in your life . It's 9 am were I live and I am on my way to get my nails done. So sad to see Mochi, Mia and Brekken go hopefully her school goes well for her !!!
I'm cracking up about the rude people. I work for Kroger and I see and hear it every day at work. The worse is when they have the cell phones on speaker on high. Or when parents with their kids but are paying more attention to the cellphone call than kids running a mock. I can go on and on. 😄 Love the video and for sharing the furbabies! 🥰🐶🐶
Oh my gosh YES! Cell speaker on high plus they are yelling at the phone! So amazing to me...where have our manners and social skills gone? Blows my mind 🤯
I don't know what it is about watching you make the ice cream curls but I am hypnotized by it. It relaxes me. Maybe I should watch it before I go to sleep. Ha!
Wow, what a busy week, the boys looked adorable all cleaned and trimmed up. It was really exciting to hear you are going to begin the IF lifestyle. I’ve been doing it for about 2.5 years. I have Crohn’s disease and found that just eating one meal a day (OMAD) helps my digestive system feel so much better and the inflammation relief is amazing. I started slowly and worked my way up to OMAD and find it is a lifestyle I can stay with fairly easy once I got used to it. The good thing about it is that there are many different ways to do IF, but I bet you will find what is best for you in no time. I’m a little strict on mine just because of the health issues I have, but I know people that do 16/8 and ADF that are also doing great, and one friend switches around all over the place and she swears it keeps her weight loss moving along faster and more consistent. Anyway, I went on longer than I meant to, but I just want to send you encouragement and best wishes on your IF journey, and I can’t wait to hear all about it!
Hi Renée so interesting to see a week in your life I can totally understand when you finish work for your week you are exhausted, you need some downtime, unwind speaking my language as I work four days a week on my feet all day hairdressing come Saturday night when I’ve finished work I can’t wait for Sunday so I can relax unwind with my feet up have some silence in my life? of course walk my dog later in morning 🐶 love watching your channel ☺️
Mindy Pels is great. I love her advice especially about fasting which I have been doing for some time. However if the Keto diet and fasting does not work please shift to the opposite which is Whole food plant based with Mindy's fasting strategy. Keto works for some and not for others. WFPB suits my body. But the fasting is great because you still get to eat your favourite healthy food. All the best... God Bless. you're amazing.
Hi Renee! Yes, this video is exactly what I thought it would be. You are busy busy busy. Lots on your daily schedules. Absolutely loved watching it! As you said in this video, making it was challenging, so I thank you and appreciate you making it for us. Take care ❤️
Renee, you're cute in every way. Someone I could imagine being friends with. I enjoyed spending the week with you. (I've started intermittent fasting also. It seems to have lots of health benefits.)
I use the Joseph's lavash flatbreads to make a faux cinnamon bun. I toast half of a Lavash flatbread in the toaster oven just until it's crisp, not brown. I mix up melted butter, cinnamon and two Stevia packets and spread it over the toasted flatbread.....crispy and delicious!
Thanks for your video Renee, it was fun and enjoyable to watch and see you all getting on with what you do. More please it's like a little serie. All take care and don't work too hard 😊❤🇬🇧🌞
Renee, I am with you…it’s a world gone mad! The phone thing…..what the heck! I feel bad that I don’t shop locally as much as I used to but being out in public anymore comes with sooooo many inconveniences, annoyances and frustrations, it’s just easier to avoid it all and shop online….sadly, that means those who are out in the stores are the type you just encountered!
I hate to say what I thought you were going to say when you said " I'm going to pull a youtube video out of " I didn't think of thin air, too funny. The "MM" issue is what starts happening in pre-menopause, for me and many it can be two weeks between, one week between, all just out of order. I just absolutely adore Mooie and Polux !!! And you too Renee !!💖Actually including Randy, the girls & the kitties !! 💖💖 And a great vlog Renee, I loved it
Love your videos. I just have to see Moxie and Pollux. Too many sad videos or pictures of dogs come up that make me cry. I just saw pictures today of dogs that were not fostered or adopted at a shelter at BARC in Houston. Most of the dogs were your typical dogs that are abandoned or don't get adopted. To see their smiles in the pictures and know they were euthanized is tough. When I see how rescued animals like Moxie and Pollux were lucky to get you as their owner and protector makes me hopeful.
Hey Renee, I’ve been doing intermittent fasting (19/5) for a few years now and it’s been great for weight management, inflammation reduction and sleep. However, it can mess up your menstrual cycle and lower your White Blood Count just below the lower cutoff of the range but that’s actually normal. Lab ranges are based on general population and our society is rather unhealthy (high WBC = high inflammation levels). So it’s a good think you have baseline labs done, now you’ll be able to track the effects of this lifestyle better. When the pandemic started, I also started eating gluten free and cut out dairy. Now, two and a half years later, I’m feeling great.
What a terrific video!! You are one busy lady! I admire your resilience and your dedication to walking, exercise and meal planning! You inspire me to become more organized. Of course your dedication to your family and animals is what I most respect about you!! Oh and to run your own business. I live in a suburb and have never had the curled ice cream, it looks delicious. Probably just as well I can’t get it up here, saving myself a few calories😂😂! Kudos to you girl and God bless you and your terrific family (the human, dogs and cat) ps I love your sense of humor
Renee you always make my day brighter. Love the boys they are so precious. You treat them like I treat mine like they are humans. I cried when you showed pollux the first time his story was so sad .but he is the happiest of the happy now. Love and prayers to you all .
LOVE WEEK IN THE LIFE--HOPE TO SEE THIS ON A REGULAR BASIS!!!!!! jUST LOVE THE REALITY ALL THE PROBLEMS, SOLUTIONS FEELINGS-YOUR FAMILY--MAKES ME FEEL LIKE ANYONE CAN IDENTIFY WITH YOU AND HOW MUCH PEOPLE HAVE IN COMMON--MORE MORE!!
Renee, I enjoyed seeing a week in your life! Glad the boys and u liked their new groomer. Thank goodness for shortened hours at the shop to give u a bit of a break. Being an empty nester isn’t so bad is it?! It’s great when the kiddos are home and it’s nice to have alone time again with your spouse. Enjoy!!
I challenge you Renee to make a keto friendly icecream! lots of experimenting .... a nut milk ..cashew, almond ..cacao or other flavouring...sweetener maple syrup of Stevia or other banana, date as sweetener. a Keto or WFPB person expects to pay more..I would even pay double. Maybe even just start with a dairy free curls! Building up an alternative menu. Check out pre-made dairy free store bought ice-cream to see ingredients ..Go Renee!!!
I watched this that morning...didn't send my comment 🤦♀️ oops...haha First of all My sister and I go shopping together and we react the same way to rude phone calls..FACETIME makes me most angry lol 😡 Then I'm outta there...yep AGREED RENEE!! You inspire a lot of people my friend 💛 You definitely follow the quoat "You are entirely up to you" 😉 I try to use that in my life now so thank you!! Also...in a video seen the other day I LOVE your hair back in a headband lol I also have very naturally curly hair...use to color blonde and now it's darker and will be going natural before long maybe lol I'm soon to be 42 and tired or messing it lol Much love to You Randy The Girls/Boyfriends and all those fur babies 💛
I give you a lot greatness in evolving & taking timeouts to video all or most of your 'daily alignments of life' in your household. To share & be open about it comes through "comfort & care" you feel you get from us watching whether subscribers or general public -- good works, it was a charmer ‼️❣️
When I watched your bedroom Live I mentioned that I had covid. Well I wasn't getting much better. Found out today I have Covid Pneumonia. My daughter started IF first then I joined in. My A1C dropped significantly as did all my other markers. I lost 50 lbs and it wasn't hard at all. Even my Dr is an IF-er. Most days I am 18-6 window but change it up to 16-8 or 20-4 just so my body has to doesn't get stuck in the same times. After a year or so into it we had 3 immediate family deaths within 1 year (pre-covid). That really put a wrench on it. I did gain weight back and menopause, age & gravity were not on my side. But I've started back while I have covid because I have no appetite anyway! Good luck with IF!
Oh no....hope you are feeling better!! I actually have a friend who just got out of the hospital with Covid Pneumonia....spent 14 days on a ventilator. Honestly, IF hasn't been hard at all. It's just a commitment and I'm sticking with it for 30 days. Don't think I could go longer than 20 hours without eating....I actually did 18 hours on Friday and Saturday while I was working because I have to eat so early before I go to work. It was ok I guess....hungry late in the evening though. And BTW, I won't be live on Amazon tomorrow. Rethinking my strategy :)
I really enjoyed my week with you. The intermittent fasting is really good for your body. I did that for a year and I lost 110 lbs. I was big. Shame to say I lost a whole body size. I love the dogs and the cats and I feel they are part of my family. Thanks you are such a brave woman to let us in your home. I don't think I could do it.
Hi, I watched your video several years ago and didn’t like your video of you and Pollux. Some time later I saw the same video and still didn’t like the video. Today I randomly came across you, Maxie and Pollux and am in love with your entire family. The cats haven’t reached my heart like the pups but I know they will. You are an amazing mom, wife, dog owner and cat owner, generous to the human society and have boundless amounts of energy. I am upset with myself for not seeing how great you are from seeing those two videos that were the same. I live for dog videos because I don’t have a balcony to let a dog go out on. I get dog envy when I see a dog and when I see a Greyhound, yikes, I lose it (mom has a Greyhound). You are amazing with Pollux and so sweet with him when he destroys his stuffiest and understanding as to why he destroys his stuffies. Many of us need to remember that pups aren’t trying to annoy us or do something on purpose and you totally understand that with Pollux. I finally figured out why you named your ice cream shop crave curls. (I got the name wrong). I thought your husband named the shop as an homage to your curls. Today I saw the employees make ice cream curls that looked beyond delicious. If I worked for you I would eat the profit. Out of curiosity, you stated when school is in session you aren’t opened as much. Aren’t you losing money by not having birthday party treats to be ordered, or office treats to be ordered, baby showers, etc? Who says no to yummy ice cream? Keep making those videos as they bring joy to me and I’m sure many others. Being injured dog videos help with the endless amounts of pain. You and your dogs make me laugh. O one would think Maxie is 12. What energy he has. I love that he roaches in the yard right after you got him groomed at the groomer. That’s a dog for you. I do worry Pollux runs through his wheat in the summer as I worry about snakes. I live in Los Angeles and don’t see snakes unless one hikes in the mountains. Your husband’s barbecuing looks delicious. Cheers! Dawn from Los Angeles
Thoroughly enjoyed this video - you had a busy week! Tell Brecken her Rodeo outfit was just as cute as it could be! Yes, I too find it annoying that people must be on their phones 24/7 even in the middle of a store - I sure don't want to hear their conversation! Looking forward to hearing your results of your new eating plan!
I am exhausted watching all you do Renee! Mooey looks so cute with his haircut but I thought he looked so cute before his haircut. Pollux looked adorable sitting in his spot by the pool, he just wanted to be near his mom. Brecken looked like a fashion model in her cowgirl outfit, both your girls are so beautiful and sweet. I agree with you on the way people talk on their cell phone loudly in the stores. Many people think I'm strange because I put my phone in my purse when I'm out and only have conversations somewhere out of the way of other people. Most of the time I don't even take it out of my purse until I get home. Thank you for taking us along even though you are so busy, I really enjoyed it. 🥰
Girl I'm with you on the rude people on their phones! Why they think we all want to hear their conversation I'll never understand. What a great week you had. Just wondering 🤔 does all your ice cream get served in curls? Ice never seen that before. Looks yummy 😋
Girlfriend, I am exhausted just watching your week. I can't believe you take it upon yourself to do the videos, but I am so glad you do. Thanks for being you, Renee. Leigh
Loved spending a week in your life you do a fantastic job of micromanaging I love the pups and the kitties been watching for a few years now find you always bring some thing interesting to the table you’re so real and down to earth that’s what I love about you the good the bad and the ugly that’s what you get I commend you for being honest and not being fake I ❤️ watching what you’re gonna do next love your family you are very special lady thanks for sharing your life Jacky from Montreal
Hello Rene, you are so great, you keep it so real your exercise regiment to do that every day you’re very fit! And please all the decorating stores are out of roses only fall and Christmas stuff makes me crazy, thank you for your time 👍👍👍👍♥️♥️
You have great attitude to go with the flow with what life brings. Lucky Randy can help you at the shop & congrats on the weight loss for you both. Thanks 4 sharing your week.
Gosh I hope the ice cream business sells soon for you 🙏🏻 new subscribed binge watching in Tasmania Australia - I cried a river watching the videos when you adopted P 🐾🐾
You are a busy gal! Hang in there. Hope you are enjoying your week without working. Except making videos. Love you sharing your week but know it’s a lot of work for you. Hugs
Wow, Brecken could be a model, no kidding! Anyway I enjoyed this cool video right from the start where I saw zero dust under your bed and also, none in your busy lifestyle! Now for MY week - Mon: Survive this new heatwave; Tues: Swelter; Wed: Suffer; Thurs: Check pulse; Fri: Am I still breathing?? Sat: Watch TV weather forecast; Sun: Plan to open an Air-Con savings account. Then…Pray!
Wow, Respect! You are really a very busy and lively woman. I would like to have that discipline too. Regarding menopause. I can tell you a thing or two about menopause. You can't imagine how varied the symptoms can be. I have opted for bioidentical hormones. But nutrition can also do a lot. I'm curious how you like your new diet. So far I've only heard good things about keto and intermittent fasting.
Hi Renee I also am doing a low carb plan and fasting, it really does work. I eat 12-6. And I Love choc zero and muck pak they are so yummy. I use the low card flour tortillas too. Good Luck on your new journey. I just Love your Channel ❤️🌟
Hey Renee!! What can I say!? Peeps and the talkin' on the dang phone so loud-- on SPEAKER. Last year I was walking 🚶♀️ around my Church parking lot while waiting for a friend to show up. And a lady talking on speaker 🔊 from ACROSS THE LOT I COULD HEAR-- HER--! I cut a different way across the property and she followed (by chance). Where ever I went I could hear her coming. Lol. The worst though is Peeps at gym talking on the equipment on the 📱. Even though signs are posted to respectfully have members talk in Lobby area. (Although that isn't exactly separate.) 🤔 And the 🎶 piped in. TOO LOUD-- at times. And I hate asking staff to tone it down because I think they'll think: "Oh, great, another Fuddy Crudd can't DEAL with modern music." And while that is kinda true, hahaha, I want to be able to listen w buds what I WANT to hear rather than having to blast white noise (in the buds) to help drown out music being piped in via speaker, that btw, is available on the sound system channel line-up. Forgive my rant, but I had to vent and I knew you would understand. Luv ya'll ❤️ Now scoop me some curls! 🍦
I rode the bus from western Washington to eastern Washington. After we got over the pass, the bus drive put in his ear buds and talked the rest of the way, probably 4 hours. For about 1/2+hour there was dense fog. I was on the edge of my seat as cars in the fog can sneak up so fast. But listening to him talk to his friend was the end of my otherwise relaxing ride! I called the bus company.
I have missed you for a while due to a computer breakdown, but I am back. So happy to see the boys again and so happy you are going to try the low carbs lifestyle. If you get by with 50 gms a day, I hope you will be happy with it and drop those carbs to about 20 gm per day which will switch you from a sugar burner to a fat burner for energy. Ph yeah, about you early period, that is what happens when you are getting to the end of that problem. It goes crazy for a while.
Renee, love your videos. You are one buissy lady.🙂👍 I started menopause with 47.ugh. 59 now.one good thing was No more periods.lol.I went thru 1 year of constant hotflashes, then they stopped, but I started gaining weight ,but with exercising, cutting out sodas and eating smaller meals I keep my weight under control.i tried Keto diet for awhile and intermittent fasting.
Good luck with low carb! It really does work. I'm down 50 pounds so far. I buy sugar free Hughes barbecue sauce, as well as his sugar free salad dressings which I also use as a dipping sauce. I use Stevia and avoid sugar if possible although they stick it in so many products. I can walk by all the refined crap in the bakery department now and not bat an eye. I cut out a lot of starch like rice and only have a tiny portion of potatoes and pasta but ONLY occasionally. I only buy low carb bread and buns. I do still eat cold cereal but as low sugar as possible and measure out one serving size....mostly stick with low carb Catalina Crunch or Magic Spoon (won't be ordering MS again, too expensive). I use the unsweetened almond milk (30 calories per glass)....I still put cream in my coffee and tea. It barely has any carbs. I avoid a lot of the fancy keto recipes on TH-cam, too much trouble, although I make a few of them like a grain free oatmeal which is great for winter (Joe Duff) and hardly has any carbs. For a snack I might have a few squares of a Lily's chocolate bar (sweetened with Stevia) or sugar reduced gummy bears. I cheat on this diet now and then. It's what makes it doable. We go out for breakfast once a week and I get the pancakes with sugar free syrup. If my son-in-law brings over one of his amazing deserts for a family dinner, I will have it.
Renee- l feel like we are aligned in our tastes and thoughts 😊 l am also about to look into intermittent fasting, for weight, energy and other benefits. Loved this week in your life. Feel like l know you even better. So real that you forgot to film and things didn’t go to plan sometimes. I enjoyed “the seven husbands of Evelyn hug”. I have a book recommendation for you “ where the crawdads sing” loved it!! Till next time hard working lady. Enjoy your happy place 🧡
Really enjoyed this video. Thank you for making it. When you first mentioned it, I thought it would be like vlogmas with a 10 minute video for 7 days. This was fun too. I'm going to check out the menopause lady as I am in perimenopause too. What was the workout you were doing on day 1? Something you made up? A video? It looked helpful for tight hips. Thanks for sharing.
My goodness Renee where do you get your energy from? you are an amazing lady all that you do and never complain and you just keep smiling, and by the way Maxie's groomer is a keeper, he looks adorable and Pollux fluffy Tale, good luck with your new diet, fasting I don't even like the sound of that
We all have busy lives.....but is a week in my life what you expected?
I have a couple of questions:
@@WelcomeToMyCurls Really? People are on their phones when they're trying to order? That's just beyond rude.
Gracious!
@@cindyedmonds8878 Seriously!!! People seem to have absolutely no manners or social skills anymore. Super frustrating!
I bet Pollux thinks he won the lottery when you adopted him. He’s living his best doggy life.
Always--Always-- buy your mirrors at Kirklands or a thrift store! You will find the best deals with unique interest. ( I am an interior designer, Trick of the trade. Love your energy!
I love how real and authentic you are Renee. You life is so relatable! God Bless 🌸🌺
Awww thank you!
Good for you forgetting about TH-cam when at the ice-cream shop. I think it's very healthy having your mind on what you are doing at the moment. 😊👍
Pollux and Mooie are so beautiful playing when you were changing your sheets ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Jan....you are absolutely entitled to slow down :)
Pollux and Max got their playful on. Too cute.🐶🐶🐾🐾🐾🐾
You are wonderful & honestly a joyous inspiration 💕 I love the fur babies & love all the new books you advise.. thanks for making me smile & My son is in New Orleans & I miss him so much, so I get lonely & you help me feel better ♥️🐾🐾🙏 blessings to you!
awww thank you!
And yes....the was not the first time the floor clean skipped out on us 😡
@@WelcomeToMyCurls Renee love your channel, keep up the good work. Guessed as much with your floor man 🙄
Oh my gosh Renee!
This is Hectors grandma and please don’t let people bother you. Your such a fantastic person ♥️♥️♥️ your videos
I absolutely LOVE a productive, get things done, day in a life, week, whatever. Thanks for this video. Bless you.
Louisiana girl!☺️
Happy to finally be home with my fur baby!
Hello how are you doing?
Wow, thank you 💕
Thank you so much for this wonderful video. It was enjoyable sharing your week. I love your channel and look forward to watching it twice a week.
Thank you so much!
Hello 👋 how are you doing?
Wow Renee you just go go go .Enjoyed watching a week in your life . It's 9 am were I live and I am on my way to get my nails done. So sad to see Mochi, Mia and Brekken go hopefully her school goes well for her !!!
Oh have fun!!!
I'm cracking up about the rude people. I work for Kroger and I see and hear it every day at work. The worse is when they have the cell phones on speaker on high. Or when parents with their kids but are paying more attention to the cellphone call than kids running a mock.
I can go on and on. 😄
Love the video and for sharing the furbabies!
Ha!
LOL perhaps! It's is a very interesting process to watch :)
Thank you 4 sharing your life.- busy & organized.
You are so welcome! Glad you enjoyed it :)
Oooo that sounds yummy!!! I’ll give it a try! 😃
Thanks for your video Renee, it was fun and enjoyable to watch and see you all getting on with what you do. More please it's like a little serie. All take care and don't work too hard 😊❤🇬🇧🌞
What a greater video! Thank you for sharing your beautiful family and your life with others!
Fun video! Thanks for sharing your week, Renee.
Total girl boss! Much respect Renee. That's a lot. What a fun video.
love your real week .. We're not phased that you forgot us. we're amazed that you do as much as you do. God bless!!!
I appreciate that!
I wish I could just reach in and grab some of that ice cream! And thank you for sharing your week. You did wonderfully. 👌
Very enjoyable ☺️
Thanks for sharing! Good luck with your new food lifestyle. It's great having a partner while you are figuring it out.
💖💖 And a great vlog Renee, I loved it
LOL....my period has gone hay-wire in the past 3 months!!
I love your family and the videos. You are so busy. People are so rude. Have a great year back to college and school. God bless you all.
Just LOVE being with YOU.
I have done those changes and it has worked for me. Good Luck with your changes. Consistency is the key. Enjoy your videos.
You cut out laundry? LOL. I am trying to figure out what word it actually replaced....
@@texasmimi5566 Dairy. My phone is particularly dumb for a @smart phone”. 😂
I love all your videos and thank you so much for sharing your life. You are an inspiration.
You put me to shame girl!!! Thanks for putting the work in to your videos. It's appreciated.
Your make-up looks fabulous. I have never worn alot of make-up because I had no clue on how to apply it.
I watched this that morning...didn't send my comment 🤦♀️ oops...haha
First of all My sister and I go shopping together and we react the same way to rude phone calls..FACETIME makes me most angry lol 😡 Then I'm outta there...yep AGREED RENEE!!
You inspire a lot of people my friend 💛 You definitely follow the quoat "You are entirely up to you" 😉 I try to use that in my life now so thank you!!
Also...in a video seen the other day I LOVE your hair back in a headband lol I also have very naturally curly hair...use to color blonde and now it's darker and will be going natural before long maybe lol I'm soon to be 42 and tired or messing it lol
Much love to You Randy The Girls/Boyfriends and all those fur babies 💛
7:30 AM You are an inspiration! Thank you! (Love Brecken's name!!)
Hello how are you doing?
Mooie says "Stand up... stand up... you just doped me up" lol xxx
Hi,
I watched your video several years ago and didn’t like your video of you and Pollux.
Hey, I enjoyed the video. You are one busy girl!! The boys are so sweet and look so cute after their haircuts/shampoos. ❤️❤️
Hi there 😄 you've a gorgeous picture on your profile! Just decided to stop by and say hi!! I hope my compliment is appreciated.
Hello how are you doing?
Hi Renee, a week in your life video was a SUPER undertaking!!!! As usual I've enjoyed your video
Thank you so much!
Love that you keep it real!

Hello 👋 how are you doing?
Gosh I hope the ice cream business sells soon for you 🙏🏻 new subscribed binge watching in Tasmania Australia - I cried a river watching the videos when you adopted P 🐾🐾
Great video! I enjoyed every minute!
Hello 👋 how are you doing?
You are a busy gal! Hang in there. Hope you are enjoying your week without working. Except making videos. Love you sharing your week but know it’s a lot of work for you. Hugs
Hello how are you doing?
Wow, Brecken could be a model, no kidding! Anyway I enjoyed this cool video right from the start where I saw zero dust under your bed and also, none in your busy lifestyle! Now for MY week - Mon: Survive this new heatwave; Tues: Swelter; Wed: Suffer; Thurs: Check pulse; Fri: Am I still breathing?? Sat: Watch TV weather forecast; Sun: Plan to open an Air-Con savings account. Then…Pray!
LOL you are too funny with your weekly schedule 🤣. And my robot vacuum gets under the bed (if it was up to me it would be dusty)!
@@WelcomeToMyCurls Luv your videos, Renee ❣️
Wow, Respect! You are really a very busy and lively woman. I would like to have that discipline too. Regarding menopause. I can tell you a thing or two about menopause. You can't imagine how varied the symptoms can be. I have opted for bioidentical hormones. But nutrition can also do a lot. I'm curious how you like your new diet. So far I've only heard good things about keto and intermittent fasting.
Hi Renee
I also am doing a low carb plan and fasting, it really does work.
I eat 12-6. And I Love choc zero and muck pak they are so yummy.
I use the low card flour tortillas too.
Good Luck on your new journey.
I just Love your Channel ❤️🌟
Hi! I purchased several things from ChocZero and my delivery is supposed to be here tomorrow! Can't wait!
I can't wait to hear about your new diet updates. The struggle is real!
Phew, worn out just watching you!! You go girl!
Hi again can you put a list of the best books you have been reading recommend? Thank you.
Hi Renee, I think you did a great job filming 😊
thanks!
Renee , low carb, no sugar and IM fasting will definitely work. You will loose your stomach fat first. Good luck. x
Well I'm 65 so I could not keep up with you but you go girl! I did get to the gym this morning and got a good work out. Hurray for being retired!
Watch the carbs in alcohol. Liver will process those first- slowing down your progress.
What a beautiful hair.cjt for the boys
My goodness Renee where do you get your energy from? you are an amazing lady all that you do and never complain and you just keep smiling, and by the way Maxie's groomer is a keeper, he looks adorable and Pollux fluffy Tale, good luck with your new diet, fasting I don't even like the sound of that
Hi! Actually....the 16/8 fasting cycle has been pretty easy!
