Hindi po large SUV yan, mid size SUV ang MU-X, Large size po ay mga Land Cruiser, Ford Expedition, Nissan Patrol etc

Everest is the best all rounder. Very smooth engine, very comfortable ride, light steering and very good handling, high tech features, good look and muscular. Everest is very reliable as long as you have good maintenance.
Mine is 2018 everest, and i feel the contentment with regard to comfort ride, fuel consumption, reliability on safety features, and even maintenance cost.
Hi reliable po ba si Everest? I really want the new everest trend kaya lang I have read so many reviews na mahal ang parts matagal sa casa ipagawa etc. What can you advice po? Torn between Terra VL and Everest Trend
@@cindyrafael5280 reliable naman as long as maintained, especially sa casa. Medyo expensive nga lang. What u need to watch out is the turbo charger. Nagpalit ako ng turbocharger at 200,000 km. Pero byaheng probinsya, cagayan valley to manila vice versa kasi yung 95% ng odometer ko and hataw naman kasi lagi ang takbo.

sa mga napapanuod ko na vlogger mechanics halos lahat ng madalas nilang ayusin ay Mitsubishi at Toyota, sobrang bihira ng Nissan at Isuzu.. kaya masasabi ko mas reliable na ang Isuzu ngayon kesa Toyota., madali maayos ang Toyota kasi sa Part Availability pero ganun din nmn ang Isuzu madali din bilhan ng parts.

At it’s price point of 2.5m, i just can’t justify getting that over the lowest variant of the everest even on the fortuner q especially knowing with all those safety features and it lacks one of the most basic and important which is the 360 cam.

Durability/reliability-MuX & Fortuner
Comfort/tech-Terra & everest
Durability/tech-montero & crv
CR-V is not in the same category as the ones you mentioned in this list as it uses a unibody platform unlike the rest which has a ladder-frame chassis.
Lacking standard features found on other suvs in the same price point. The absence of 360 camera and rear diff locks is a no go. I would not get it. if reliability is your reason then get a fortuner LTD/GR-S but personally the everest titanium 4x4 is the most complete package - looks great, riding comfort is topnotch, tons of features including safety related, engine is more powerful and at least 5 years of warranty for that extra peace of mind.

Bababa naman resale ng everest after a few years kahit totl pa yan at masikip naman fortuner, madami na sa kalsada tas malamang papalitan na yan ng upcoming new model in time. Kanya kanyang trip lang kc yan pero ang best advantage ng mu-x ay yung third row seats at understressed engine. Tas hindi rin papaiwan pagdating sa luwag.
Ang nagustahan dito yong space sa 3rd row maluwang yan ata ang pinakamaluwang na suv sa 3rd row seat. Sayang lang walang 360 cam nya.
Na try nyo na ba ang Mu-X i drive specially long distance?
@@ImPapaRon smooth daw po ung lse basta naka 33/36 ung hangin ng gulong. Pag labas po kc ng dealer nasa 40+ ung hangin tapos naka 20 inch kaya di talaga maiwasang maramdaman ung tagtag sa una.

Mid-size po sya technically pero mas madami po nakakarelate cguro pag large SUV ang pinang describe po sa kanya.

Hindi po, I own one (MuX LSE) na naka 20 inch wheels di po matagtag basta you follow the suggested tire inflation.

I own this SUV, decided to go for it due to the following reasons:
1. Safety - meron ADAS system with 7 SRS airbags plus it scored 5 STAR sa safety rating ng ANCAP OR NCAP. This made me feel at peace and also my family. Compared to other SUVs that I considered with the same price range like Everest Sport or Titanium, wala sila ADAS unless you go for the TOTL or the new Wildtrak. Medyo maninibago lang sa Emergency braking kasi pag nag stop siya kaya this car teaches you proper driving etiquettes and to be always careful like maintaining safe distance. It can be turned off naman sa settings.
2. Reliable - Isuzu in my opinion has the best diesel engines. This MuX LSE has 3.0 with 450 nm of torque. I feel like conservative ang pagka-tuned ni Isuzu so that it will be frugal in terms of consumption. With that, you can really feel the power of the engine. Driving it for few months now at pag nasa highway ka minsan di mo pansin na nasa 100+ kana dahil hindi hirap ang makina. Lastly, I have not heard of any issues concerning Isuzu.
3. Space - I need an SUV that has real functional 7 seaters and among all other mid-size SUVs like Terra, Everest, Montero this has the best 3rd row kahit di na slide ang second row comfortable pa din kahit adults. I stand 5’11 pero comfortable ako sa 3rd row unlike sa Terra nakataas ang tuhod ko and Everest na diretso masyado ang likod. Didn’t consider Fortuner na dahil diko gusto 3rd row plus other reasons.
4. Fuel Consumption- this has 80 liters and with my 3 months of owning it, I am getting 9 kms per liter sa city and as high as 21 km per liter sa highway especially if naka cruise control with speed of 80-90 kph.
I got a confirmation that you can now reserved for the upcoming MuX plus. Upgrades are the following: 360 camera with around view monitör and recording function then the wireless charging. With these upgrades I feel like almost complete na siya in terms of tech and safety.
Only complaint I have are the following:
Steering wheel since hydraulic is heavy especially coming from a Ford ako kaya feel ko laki ng difference, black plastic trims very prone to scratches then yung mga window switches sana may ilaw para madali makita lalo sa gabi, speakers and sound - I feel like kulang sa base and I think may room for upgrade.
Overall, super satisfied with this SUV.

Yes. 5’9 ako and I think pinaka spacious yung mux sa 3rd row compared to the Montero, Fortuner, and Terra

360 cam? 2 side mirror is the key reverse cam red line 1 foot from obstruction.
Good news: yung gusto ninyo na 360 camera sa ₱2.5M na Isuzu MU-X, nilagyan na po nila sa 2024 MU-X. 😂

Its a sad situation where, you see vietnam, compared to philippines, now has their own brand VinFast, now in global expansion mode, Vietnam has already overtaken the philippines in terms of gdp, even though facing overwhelming odds against the chines auto market is initiating bloodbaths and killing industry leaders slowly. Why cant the philippine be brave to produce its own brand?

Gone are the days when minor and generational changes happens 4-8 years apart, now, its becoming shorter and shorter, because of moores law, advances in tech, mfg processes, govt support, exceptional mgt style, dictates the life cycle of variants in the auto industry..so when it’s shorter, the game plan for brands really is to capitalize on what they have, sell immediately at a max profit, increase sales leads to increased budgets for r&d, budgets for million dollar jigs, who wins in the end? the consumers, we always look forward to the newest iterations, Ford for now is enjoying this cycle, eventually the chinese auto market. the ones that cant keep up just misleads the buying public by being delusional in their claims, and worse gaslights the innovators. It’s easy to identify them just notice how trapped they are in unending minor changes. Somewhere along their supply chain, their costs are too high and cannot anymore compete.

Mahal ang isuzu kumpara sa ibang brands. Mga features niya kulang kulang kumlara sa iba at the same price.

Maingay ang 4jj1 and power is made up top not down low. Other suvs are generations ahead. You should drive all of them. You CAN make a mistake with this one.

Not worth the price, too expensive for its tech & f&b, If engine, it’s the same 2decade old 4JJ, after a year-diesel guzzler, unlike the 90’s isuzu engines, notice how the comments are reminiscing the old, banking on the past, you really cant be conservative, but now sadly, the truth is isuzu is just waiting too long to update tech features and benefits..waiting too long for a full model change, same old boring minor updates that have been endlessly recycled in the past 4 decades, isuzu is not known for innovation, hence the endless price gouging, cannot anymore compete, their net profit is getting thinner and thinner..have no more clout..check navarra, raptor, and hilux sales for the past 7 years, they must be doing something right..yes very rare in the second hand scene, the effect of low brand new sales. not to mention the local dealers are not anymore earning from isuzu, so they are now selling other brands as multibranded dealers, unlike before.

@@SLIDESHIFT Thank you sir, more power to you, customers nowadays are smart, they can already view the macro and identify if a review is geared more towards paid advertising, nowadays i see more and more reviews that avoids the brochure way of story telling, or even over playing personal preference and opinion, this has been abused by industry laggers, that at the onset gaslights the innovation that the leaders provided years ago, and eventually these laggers gives in and claims it as their own.

@@tfgranger4339 compare sa Everest. Masa mabigat manibela ng MUX. At mas tame and suspensiin ng Everest lalo na pag sa mga malubak na daan. Pinaka balance ang suspensionnng Everest pagdating sa ride comfort at handling.
