  • Welcome to our 36-minute Tabata HIIT Seated Chair Workout Challenge with fitness instructor Paul Eugene! This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is designed to be done entirely from a chair, making it perfect for all fitness levels, including those with limited mobility. Each cycle consists of 45 seconds of intense work followed by 15 seconds of rest, repeated for 6 cycles, followed by a 60-second rest. We’ll repeat this for 4 sets to give you a full-body workout that’s both challenging and effective.
    End the session with a relaxing stretching routine to help your muscles recover and improve flexibility. Paul Eugene will guide you through each exercise, ensuring you stay motivated and energized throughout the workout.

    Thanks for another great seated tabata workout coach, Paul Eugene. I deleted the Temu app but reinstalled it. I put stop on text messages and now am getting fewer notifications. One of the things I ordered was a luxury towel, but I thought it would be a bath towel for some reason, so I am using it for my workouts. I loved the long stretch with the Zen music. I can't wait for the new chair yoga channel. I am doing strength training with another amazing trainer 3 days a week, so it would be awesome to do chair workouts with you the other 3 days. Thanks for hugging myself, which I always need.

      It seems long, but I liked the length because it gives you opportunity to get and engaged in the move longer before we have to rush to the next move.
