Self-leadership is a key to true fulfillment in those of us not in official leadership positions. We can never guarantee that those above us in the hierarchy are leaders at all; often they are merely people with higher-level titles that don't have the ability to bring out the best in their subordinates. Regardless of my boss's ability or inability to lead, what can I do today to make things a little better for all those I connect with?
I find that comment of yours really inspiring, concerning and relatable. I don't know about a proper solution for your question since idk in which you are and what kind of people are involved. Would like to learn more about that though 🤝🏽
*TO EVERYONE 👇🏻👇🏻* You're the best, always remember this and don't be pressure or intimidated by the success of others. Everyone has their own success story but different timing 🤔 Don't compare your journey to those whose journey are different from yours.... Time is on your side and your timing is different from theirs. Just Keep grinding👏🏾, because am very sure one day, you will also be celebrated. Have a blessed day *I Love You 🌺💕*
One of the struggles I have often witnessed is of a manager trying to be the manager he or she would like to have. Because most managers are also employees that also need to be taken care of, that have their own challenges. And yet, they force themselves to look after the people they are in charge of.
Can you please post the whole video. It’s easier to watch/listen to if it’s one long video vs. many couple minute ones. The later I’ll usually skip both of them.
@SimonSinek this was one of the best videos I have seen yet. I am building culture classes for a police department. Can I use this video in the training?
I like to listen, analyse and implement your thoughts Simon. This time I'm trying to understand what you said, but the speed of your words is to high for me (I'm not native speaker). Using YT I can slown down a bit your speech, but in a real life it would be impossible

Simon is our hero
Many leaders don’t want to lead……they just want the title 🙂
Nothing but motivation 🤟
Great Simon. Yet again. Love your work!
Not to take away anything from the lessons illustrated, but why does no one talk about how handsome Simon is?
What kind of organization are you working in? There's only 2 corporate cultures that I've experienced: toxic & political.
Great Insight ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏽

BUILD brought me here.
I mean, no matter which you drive in, UPS or USPS, you're going to be covered in dust by the end of the day regardless. Glad I worked for UPS I guess.

As long as you keep moving your foot like that, it does not really matter what you say 🤣🤣

Your name is two letters off from being Simon Shrek
OMG Simon, love your message but please do better research, specifically about the USPS and UPS trucks. Your information is all wrong.
