I absolutely love this channel! Honestly if you are wanting to open your own bakery, this channel will be your guide for perfect recipes. I’ve used so many of her recipes that I take to friends and they always question where I got them from. For example, I’ve tried so many of her cookies such as chocolate chip, snickerdoodle cookies etc. Homemade cookies are sooo much better than store bought. By no means I am good at baking.
I love to see your presentations becouse, you are an smazing women i ever see in youtube with a beautifuI smile and very polite words. I already learn a lot from you. As i am from 🇪🇹Ethiopia and now living in Germany since 4 years and got married with a German man, youtube is the only way for me to learn cooking, backing, ice cream.......... I had a completly differrent cooking and backing culture thsn i have now. Thank you very much🙏
Stephanie, you are amazing! I love everything you make. You do such an excellent job of explaining things. This looks delicious! My three year old grandson will turn four in October and said he wants a strawberry ice cream cake for his birthday. Thanks to you, I can do this!
Well Stephanie, you have yet again "wowed" us with your culinary creativity! This ice cream looks sooo delicious, and just in time for our July 4th picnic. I am sure it will be the showcase of the day. Thank you so much for sharing. Your little Carrie is such a sweetie, she definitely knows when it is "snack time." Thanks again for a great recipe. Blessings XO
Stephanie, I've been following your channel for a long, long time and you never fail to get me to try your recipes. Just watching you demonstrate how you make the strawberry ice cream makes me want to attempt it.. So will need to get some strawberries to get cracking as it sure looks tempting. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Great that OUR GREENHOUSES are just harvesting the first Strawberries of their "Spring Collection" in Ontario this week; but I might have tried this with a big bag of thawed out frozen berries, as an experiment, if did not have fresh ones. The WAITING is the only "hard part". 🍁
I love your recipes and most of all your videos❤❤❤. its romantic music, peaceful environment, high quality videos as well as multi angle shooting and your high level skill in cooking make your videos second to none👍👍👌👌🥰🥰. Well done👍👍
Dear Stephanie Jaworski, Thank you very much for delicious Strawberry Ice Cream recipe video on TH-cam. This Strawberry Ice Cream recipe is perfectly timing in the hot summer in Finland. Greetings from Helsinki, Finland, Europe!
Love this recipe and perfect time since now there are strawberry's every where; thank you for sharing a delicious recipe, have a nice day, blessings. 🥰🙃😘
I tried this no churn ice cream 🍨 and it is better than the store bought. Stephanie thank you for all the good work that you are doing. I have already stopped buying cookies and cakes from the store and now it’s the turn of the ice creams. I was pleasantly surprised 😲 with the outcome as there were no ice crystals formed. I made this strawberry 🍓 and vanilla ice cream that you posted. Now I am thinking 💭 of trying an apricot one on the similar lines of strawberry one. Thank you for the recipes that you post. I love your channel as it’s the best in the segment.
That l🐶🐶ks absolutely delicious 🤣😄 Never knew or even thought you could put the strawberries in the oven. Will absolutely try it. Great video. Thank you for sharing 💐🙏
This sounds fabulous. I was just talking about getting a new machine to make Ice cream. My daughter absconded with my old one. Lol. This will be so much better. Thank you so much. I love your program.
Thank you for this great recipe!❤️ I’ve made it today and it is the best strawberry ice cream I’ve ever tasted!🍓🍨 Not like store bought one with some artificial sadness instead of real strawberry flavour The only thing, i didn’t roast strawberry, because I already had fresh mashed strawberry with sugar, so I added what I had, but the flavour is still very intense!
Roasting the strawberries sounds crazy but it really does work and makes a wonderful sauce also with cheesecake or regular cake served as a dessert, for example Stephanie's Yogurt Cake. The no churn vanilla was wonderful so I will be trying this one out too. If you have an ice cream machine check out Stephanie's Strawberry Sherbet which is really good too.
I am an almost pathological ice cream lover. Different flavors of ice cream are merely variations on a theme of wonderfulness. But I think, fruit flavored ice creams are probably my favorites. I am very tempted to try making this!
Hello Stephanie, how are you? Wow! I was fascinated by this strawberries ice cream apparently it must be very delicious. I was so enjoyed and thanks for the very detailed analysis when you're processing the ice cream. Always love you and your family. Keep well.
Hey Joy... enjoyed watching your videos n the growth of your Chanel is amazing well I happen to zoom to fit my screen watching this video n it really brought an inclusive viewing experience closer than faraway 🍓🍓🍓
Joy, I know exactly what you are talking about I have two that were mom's, nothing removes the top of a strawberry like those old fashioned ones do, I use them all the time in strawberry season, little strawberry tweezers. :)
Dear Stephanie, your great idea to roast the strawberries is a pleasant surprise to me.But honestly, your experience tells me that it'll be absolutely delicious.Thank you.I live in the part of the world where strawberries are expensive but now " a lightbulb has lit up"...can I roast my local fruits similarly N make Ice Cream???❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I like to use a teaspoon that has a thin edge to hull my strawberries. The curve of the bowl of the teaspoon really makes it easy to get out just the hull and leave the best part of the strawberry behind.
Hi Stephanie, I am definitely going to try this recipe!!! I loved the vanilla no churn recipe! Is there a chocolate no churn recipe? I love all your recipes,,,, they are so easy to follow!! Have a beautiful day! :)
Wonderful I shall surely try. Just in case if I don't want to use condensed milk what shall be the measurement for milk and sugar . Thanks You always great
Super going to do it on Sunday. Sunday lunch. Just one question Stephanie can I use strawberry conserve to add xtra colour and flavour instead of freeze dried strawberries please? TQ.
Feels so good to know that I still can refer to your channel for recipes even if you have stopped vlogging. Just tried this recipe & my family loved it. Thank you Stephanie & trust you're enjoying your 'retirement'
I love you and your videos. I'm a very curious man tired person and I notice that you have tow different kitchen set ups? Do you film in two different locations or did you get a kitchen remodel? Beautiful both ways 💕
Thank you sooo much for sharing this recipe, Especially its the season of strawberries here in Canada, its nice & Fresh from the farm. So i decide to try this last Thursday nigth & perfect for Canada Day that was yesterday . My husband love it sooo much😋😋💕💕👌.Actually i made twice already and it was soooo good & refreshing, thanks again for sharing.
Hi Stephanie, I’m a big fan of you. You’re a really good teacher and your recipes are always a hit. But I am having trouble with the butter cakes (cakes that have butter in them or have a thick consistency). They rise well in the oven, but as soon as they cook off they start to deflate. What am I doing wrong?
There can be a few reasons for that happening. I’m assuming that you don’t live at a high elevation. Reasons can be the cake wasn’t fully baked, baked at the wrong temperature, too much leavening, or improper mixing.
@@joyofbaking my house does have 2 floors and my kitchen is on the upper floor. My oven has like a digital setting to set the temperature so I set it as in the recipe and I always do the toothpick test before removing my cakes
I recently tried a strawberry cake recipe. I was supposed to cook strawberries to evaporate their water. But it looked like just a simple butter cake. What do you recommend? Can these roasted strawberries be used for that cake?
I've always made my ice cream this way because I never wanted to buy a machine (it takes up to much space.) You don't have to beat the c.milk once you get stiff peeks of heavy w.cream you can fold it in, add what you want to it and freeze. 6 hours later, you have ice cream!!
Yes you can use frozen strawberries. I bake them in a 400 F (200 C) oven for about 20 minutes or until the juices released from the strawberries have slightly thickened.
Those are ice cream rocks that is what happens to mine after a use a ice -cream maker and it gets hard after being in a freezer,if you look at a ice -cream package they use stabilizers so it stays soft which I bought and still trying to figure out which ones to use to keep it soft.
I don’t find that the ice cream is that hard. If you do then I would just take it out of the freezer and let it sit a bit at room temperature before serving. If your ice cream is really hard, maybe try raising the temperature of your freezer. I set my freezer temp. at 0 F (-17C).
Delicious results, with staples I always try to have on hand: and a great job of Filming and Editing as always, you make good team! 🍁

i really love your videos and i would prefer them with no music just the sound of your cooking
Hello Stephanie, how are you?
Wow! I was fascinated by this strawberries ice cream apparently it must be very delicious. I was so enjoyed and thanks for the very detailed analysis when you're processing the ice cream. Always love you and your family. Keep well.
The vanilla is delicious, going to try the Strawberry 🍓
My 18 month granddaughter is going to love this! 🥰
Hey Joy... enjoyed watching your videos n the growth of your Chanel is amazing well I happen to zoom to fit my screen watching this video n it really brought an inclusive viewing experience closer than faraway 🍓🍓🍓
good stuff, tanks for sharing...
I usually add two or three tablespoons of strawberry jam. My stores don’t carry freeze dried strawberries.
Joy, I know exactly what you are talking about I have two that were mom's, nothing removes the top of a strawberry like those old fashioned ones do, I use them all the time in strawberry season, little strawberry tweezers. :)
Yummy I love strawberry ice cream.🥰🤤

In an ideal world, you would have 10 million subscribers! ❤❤
Makes my mouth water 😋
It won't last 2 to 3 weeks in my house. Lol i see a drizzle of chocolate sauce on that also. Thanks for sharing your recipes Stephanie. 🙂❤️
I’ve done the vanilla flavor and it’s delicious. Please do a peach one before summer is over.
substitute peaches for strawberries. voila.
I like to use a teaspoon that has a thin edge to hull my strawberries. The curve of the bowl of the teaspoon really makes it easy to get out just the hull and leave the best part of the strawberry behind.
A tomato corer works great to core strawberries as well 😉…this is definitely now on my bucket list 😃
I am going to make this wonderful ice cream right now.
This strawberry ice cream was a real success! Thank you Stephanie for this delicious recipe!!!
How on earth are you so slim ? All these wonderful goodies you make !
Hi Stephanie, I am definitely going to try this recipe!!! I loved the vanilla no churn recipe! Is there a chocolate no churn recipe? I love all your recipes,,,, they are so easy to follow!! Have a beautiful day! :)
Yes I will be doing a chocolate version later in the summer.
How about chocolate and Peanut butter. My husbands favorite 😀
Good
wow beautiful cakes
who dares to dislike this masterpiece
Wonderful I shall surely try. Just in case if I don't want to use condensed milk what shall be the measurement for milk and sugar .
Thanks
You always great
I haven't tried it that way so I couldn't say the measurements or how well it would work.
Super going to do it on Sunday. Sunday lunch. Just one question Stephanie can I use strawberry conserve to add xtra colour and flavour instead of freeze dried strawberries please? TQ.
I haven't done that but it should be okay.
Yum!

I love you and your videos. I'm a very curious man tired person and I notice that you have tow different kitchen set ups? Do you film in two different locations or did you get a kitchen remodel? Beautiful both ways 💕
We used to shoot the videos at our beach house. We have moved and now shoot in our new kitchen.

Joy besides giving you thanks for that wonderful recipe, I have one simply question! Can I churn it at this point?
I've never tried churning this type of ice cream as it doesn't need to be churned.

What do you think about strawberry flavor instead of vanilla or both? I’ve made the vanilla version twice and it’s delicious.
I enjoy both flavors.
Would this method work for peaches or cherries?
I recently tried a strawberry cake recipe. I was supposed to cook strawberries to evaporate their water. But it looked like just a simple butter cake. What do you recommend? Can these roasted strawberries be used for that cake?
I’m sorry but I don’t comment on other people’s recipes. Maybe you could contact them to see if that would work.

How do you keep homemade ice cream scoopable rather than solid as a rock?
Can I use fresh mangoes instead of strawberries to make a Mango Ice cream...??? Waiting for your response Stephanie ma'am 😊
I’ve never tried that but it should work.
Can you make a flan video please
Can you also use frozen strawberries? I mean, if you can't get fresh ones.
Yes you can use frozen strawberries. I bake them in a 400 F (200 C) oven for about 20 minutes or until the juices released from the strawberries have slightly thickened.
@@joyofbaking Thank you
Can we use blueberries or raspberries instead
I’ve never tried that but it should work.
Is 3 tbsps 12 grams?
Yes, that’s correct. Three tablespoons of crushed freeze dried strawberries weighs 12 grams.
