Knowing Pep since Barca B, we should aspects fewer videos ahead. This guy is very discreet about his team.
Pep is a very special man. To have the ability to inspire me through video's like this, being in the audience watching his welcome interview and feeling so uplifted by his magnetic aura and just being in his presence. I have supported City my entire 22yrs of existence and I am currently studying towards a hons Football Business & Media degree based at the Etihad campus. Sometimes if i feel a little unmotivated.. in anything, for that matter - just watching this man has reminded me what it is all about, why i'm spending 3 years of my life studying to work here. The dream is to work at Manchester City and always has been, I just have this overwhelming want of doing whatever it takes to work at least in the presence of such an inspiring man. I can't contain my excitement for the new season and what he will bring to City, but he's made me not be able to contain my excitement to get back to Uni and work towards my goals because he has brought me such a sense of inspiration and revitalized the huge passion I already had for this club. God love ya Pep!

I really like how passionate pep gets while in training but the players look like they don't care. It originates Guztav Bebes' Hungarian team of the 1950's; Rinus Michels implemented it at Ajax and with the Netherland; Johan Cruyff brought it to Barcelona, Pep was influenced by Cruyff, Bielsa, and Juanma Lillo. Half of those player won't be there when the system is fully implemented. Clichy will; I have a feeling that he will benefit greatly from Guardiola's tutelage.

+No Name mangala deserve a chance. He's young & showed us couple times last season how good can he be. He just needs some consistency
+Ingen Särskild We are linked with Lucas Hernandez of Atletico and he looks like the Pep type of CB. I don't think Mangala is Pep's type of CB, but then again so was Boateng and Pep transformed into a TOP defender. However, I still see no chance for Mangala as we look to be getting Stones and possibly Hernandez and we also have Denayer so it's difficult.
+Ingen Särskild Mangala is that kinda CB where he would look world class in an Atletico side or even Leicester because he barely has to show any technical qualities and mainly use he physicality which we all know is crazy! As for Lucas, well I can see that happening because he is VERY similar to Laporte in that they are both young (22 and 20), both left footed, both not giants (6"1 and 6"0), both can play CB/LB and both are decent on the ball with loads of potential. Lucas averaged 3.7 interceptions a game behind only Diego Godin which is respectable. I like Pep's thinking as he's always prepared, for example we didn't get Laporte so we are looking at Lucas, we didn't get Aubameyang so we will get Sane instead...etc
