Another great video, Ben. Thank you for sharing. Also, may I ask what exercises do you recommend for the triceps lateral head? You know, the horse shoe
Maybe with smith machine is the best of the best. Nothing wrong to do the second, third or fourth best. Try some dumbbell or barbell variations without a smith machine.
Great excercise and explanation. Do you think that regarding rdls, also one legged version is better than the 2 legged? And also while doing the ine legged rdl, is it better to slide back with your assisting leg compared to the more common version when you keep your assisting leg in one place through the whole set?
great vids as always!! 1. regarding two legs at the time, isnt that smith machine rdl, or there is a specific movement thats makes it sinilar to the one leg exercise you showed? 2. if i want two legs can it be done with smith machine and bar on upper back as in your one leg lunge?
Big fan of your videos here. Could you critique Jeff nippards favourite biceps exercise (cable)? I'm pretty sure there is a hell of a lot shoulder interaction. I'm doubtful the high stretch is as relevant as he makes it look
Bayesian curl? Only thing I’ve seen Ben critique about it is that the shoulders don’t need to be extended too far behind the body to get the biceps to have a good stretch. A slight extension is fine and then it’s not too much on the shoulders either. It’s a good exercise, nothing wrong with it, but not mandatory.
@@saadxislam I do these curls and have definitely overextended. Would love Ben to break down what range makes the most sense and why I lose the feeling when I overextend. If there's a video he did that, would love a link!

Play around with what feels best - we’re talking about minute differences in gains at the end of the day no matter which style you choose!

What about a weighted box pistol squat? Less load on the spine.
What if we only have access to a vertical smith ?
Same question!
Vary from person to person. Play around foot position. 1:43 1:55

So a Smith stablized split squat, mostly.
Apparently, this exercise is not ideal because it doesn't stretch the glute.
which animal are you talking about? milliped?
