I brought up the Dodgers and the sisters of perpetual indulgence to my congregation and to the members of my local cigar lounge. We were all on board with boycotting them. It made me happy to see people were still against that evil.
We named our dog Bosco. Loved the saint, loved the name. Deeply regretted it and changed the dog's name about a month in. When you're reprimanding an animal, you can't help but feel like you're doing so, to the saint. PInts with Aquinas should invite Taylor Marshall on for a podcast.

We went to Mont Saint Michel last summer. It is so beautiful. And as we reached the church on top they started preping for mess and it felt like such a blessing. It was in French and the church may have been owned by the state, but we still received Jesus Christ there in the Eucharist. That usually does not happen when I go sight seeing.
Tomorrow we ( all Catholics) are asked to say the Litany of the Sacred Heart for reparations of the LA DODGERS & the disgusting Sisters of Perpetual Indulgences. BTW, from the Upper Ohio Valley (down river from Steubenville.) Great place for families…at least when my husband and I grew up there.

I moved very recently from France to the US. I hope you were able to go to one of the Latin masses in Paris - it’s standing room only, they are packed. Also the church where General De Gaule used to go to St Francois Xavier is filled at every mass. Luckily Paris, unlike other parts of France has pretty well attended churches. Lourdes is always beautiful, but the shrine of St Therese of Lisieux is amazing too - that’s where the famous French singer Edith Piaf got her sight back - despite her turbulent life she always wore a cross and prayed every day. Look into that story it’s very interesting.

We do have Diet Coke in Europe, it's called Coke light (Coke made up that name, not us). 2. the state of France owns all church buildings built before 1905 - has little to do with the French revolution of 1789, the decisive law was passed in - you guessed it - 1905. 3. On Mont St. Michel there actually is a monastic community, the Community of Jerusalem (French order, founded in the 1970s).
Anytime visiting a church in Europe which was 90% Catholic, I was always quiet, respectful, took my hat off and respected those in service. It was beautiful to observe mass the in Notre Dame in Paris in 2018.

I declined due to my heart condition I had a massive heart attack and I suffer from lupus. I am waitressing now but not making nearly enough to get by. Every month is a battle. I can’t go back to my job at the hospital because mandates are still in place. Jesus help me to overcome my fears. Because as I struggle I am fearful. I hit a possum years ago, normally it doesn't bother me but on my way back home later that evening I passed by the scene and saw a baby possum still next to it's now dead mother..I stopped and picked the little dude up and took him home. A month later I and many many milk feeding with an eye dropper, I found myself having a pet possum. I named him Hamlet and he would happily hang from my fingers and swing with his tail. I kept him for about 5 months before he began to revert back to a feral state. I took him to a animal preserve and he lived out the remaining year or so in possum heaven..
Yuck. I was going to stab one that was in the backyard. It played dead, which actually fooled me for a minute. I went inside to grab a bag and pulled my dog away. I think if I hadn’t been outback the possum would’ve attacked my dog

Matt should really invite Taylor on. As someone who watches Taylor semi-frequently, I do believe he is not a schismatic or a trouble-maker or a villain. He loves the Lord and the Catholic Church, but he just does not like the direction things are going, and his views on the matter are well-researched based on biblical and traditional perspectives. But I also do understand why a lot of people are turned off, but he does have a lighter side that gets ignored. I think that he on Matt's show can bring a lot of what they agree upon to light and reveal that we really are all closer than apart. As Taylor says all the time, if one disagrees with him the. debate him. He really is a truth-seeker, and has helped my faith immensely. And I do respect the fact that he respects his audience enough to reveal the corruption in the Vatican rather than pretend we are all grandmas who cannot handle the truth.
I've often thought the same about Taylor Marshall. As a Catholic, the last thing we need is division in the church. Truth sticks up for itself. We are so blessed to have the Bible and the Catechism to uphold those truths. As Christ as our shepherd, truth, humility, and faith win the day.

I would not have converted to Catholicism if it were not for the efforts of the more traditional Catholics youtubers. I came from a progressive Protestant denomination which led me to live a life full of all the lies of the world. In Catholicism, I found the truth and I thank God for opening my eyes and heart. I distrust any efforts or individuals who nitpick at the traditional. Matt is very likable but I have heard him many times make the same critiques of this Pontificate as both Marshall and Kennedy have. I don't understand the judgment and hypocrisy in light of this.
Just my two cents....French people are so blessed with all these beautiful and grand churches, Saints, history, etc. simply available to them, just around their corners...while other people in the world will have to save and pay to visit this country. There is call for all French people to be Christians again, and be Catholics again.

I've often thought the same about Taylor Marshall. As a Catholic, the last thing we need is division in the church. Truth sticks up for itself. We are so blessed to have the Bible and the Catechism to uphold those truths. As Christ as our shepherd, truth, humility, and faith win the day.

I would not have converted to Catholicism if it were not for the efforts of the more traditional Catholics youtubers.
I came from a progressive Protestant denomination which led me to live a life full of all the lies of the world.
In Catholicism, I found the truth and I thank God for opening my eyes and heart.
I distrust any efforts or individuals who nitpick at the traditional.
Matt is very likable but I have heard him many times make the same critiques of this Pontificate as both Marshall and Kennedy have. I don't understand the judgment and hypocrisy in light of this.
Just my two cents....French people are so blessed with all these beautiful and grand churches, Saints, history, etc. simply available to them, just around their corners...while other people in the world will have to save and pay to visit this country. There is call for all French people to be Christians again, and be Catholics again.
