    Tre’ sa-mi iau acel program de antrenament neaparat, imd cum intra salariul il iau 😁 Prea multe chestii am invatat de la tine si mi-as dori sa invat si mai multe pe viitor.

    Salut ce zici de antrenametul asta de spate
    Warmup:
    Pull ups normal grip 2×failure
    Workout:
    Bend over rows4×10-12
    Wide grip cabel rows 4×12
    Singel arm lat pulldown
    Singel arm cabel rows3×12 + close grip cabel rows 2×failure
    dumbell shrugs/cabel face pulls4×12
    Hyperextension 3×12

    Salut Angel! Am o mica problema. Atunci cand fac exerciții la umeri sau cand folosesc si umeri la fiecare repetiție îmi trosnesc umeri. Ce poate fi si cum scap de această problemă? Mulțumesc!

    la cat de scurt, ca durata de timp, acest antrenament, mi se pare ca ai facut numai serii premergatoare...nici o serie dusa la epuizare...mi se pare un subantrenament...nici volum , nici intensitate..
