as soon as I crossed my arms, i got an immense amount of tension taken away. this will be in my foam rolling routine indefinitely. Seriously, thank you.
Providing an update. I use my foam roller daily. as i’ve said, i’ve added in this technique, since then I don’t have any tension in the upward part of my back.
This is so simple and I never thought of it. I've always been laying with a flat back with my neck over it for stretching. This let me finally hit my shoulders and not just the neck
The number of issues you have helped me with over the years😍i am always just so sore and always needed to stretch daily and the tension never fully goes away but your videos help a lot. Thank you!!
@@nusratjahan-lo7tw we don't know what kind of doctor he is. he could be a vet, have an honorary doctorate, or just a nickname. best to ask your family doctor, and if he/she doesn't know, then he/she will refer you to a specialist.
I am curious if you are related to Dr. Dale Rowe. He was my doctor and treated my scoliosis. Do you think using a foam roller is safe with a spinal fusion?
Its really sad bcs most of this pain comes from TMJ and the dental or medical association are to ignorant too put it together. Your videos help a lot. Much appreciative.
looks like he doesn't know. probably a vet, have an honorary doctorate, or doc is just a nickname. anyways, you need to talk to your family doctor when you have any medical issue such as a herniated disk. you could be making it worse by foam rolling.
I can‘t do this exercise. As soon as I roll over to the sides the pressure hurts too much on my bones, muscles and skin. Is this normal when doing this one for the first time?
guess he doesn't know. no, you cannot do it on the bed. mattress is too soft and you'd be wobbling from side to side and you won't get the pressure required

I was wondering the same thing. He was my son’s doctor too.
Rowe is a common last name.
There's no proof he's a medical doctor. he could be a vet, have an honorary doctorate, or it's just a nickname.
@@Know-nx5yo i’m sure you can look up his practice if you’re really in doubt

I guess a higher power tought me how to do it 😂.
Love how you can hear a crack as soon as he does the bearhug 😂
I have a herniated l5 should we do the whole back or avoid certain areas??

No pain NO gain
normally it isn't. you might want to trying just rolling the whole back without doing the bear hug and tilting to one side.
@@TCB690 WRONG! pain indicates something serious is going on.
Do you know how yo crack your back by yourself with the foam roller? I always crack my upper back with it.

👀🧐🤷🏻
you can get foam rollers anywhere. try any sporting goods/fitness and exercise shop.
Pool noodle helped me get the stiffness out of my upper back and get my shoulders on the same level. I recommend this to everyone
Hard 😮
I noticed he only done this on his upper back
Tried this last week and gave myself a concussion
weird. did you fall off the roller and bang your head?
why do i watch you as asmr ?
This looked like a great idea. And then I tried it. my back did crack. But my ass expanded about 5 inches.
your ass expanded 5 inches? guess someone needs to lay off those sweets.
At MMA gyms they foam roll the side on the daily.
I'm convinced doc is not actually speaking in the video
that's not underneath the shoulder blade. that's the mid/lower back.
My osteopath told me to do this... oh man I'll hate it so much.
Update: yup, no thanks, I hate it. That's way too masochistic for me.
Not a fan of rolling across the spine.
That's what it's for....
You are a life saver
Enough to hear belance
Fantastic thanks so much!
