👨‍🍳 What you’ll need:
Chicken Curry Cut - 1kg
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Garam Masala - 1tsp
Curry Leaf - 7-8
Marinade the chicken with the above ingredients
To make the masala paste of chicken sukka
Methi - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Cloves - 7-8
Cinnamon Stick - 1.5 inch
Dried Chilli - 4-5
Thai Chili - 3-4
Sliced Onion - 1/2
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 3tbsp
Garlic - 2tsp
Saunf - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
Salt - pinch
Red Chilli Powder - 1/3 tsp
Tamarind Pulp - 2 tbsp
Grated Coconut - 1/3 cup
Blitz all together till a paste is formed
In a pan add oil and bring to medium high heat. To this add chicken and sear and keep aside.
To the same pan add sliced onion and saute. Along with 8-10 curry leaf
Add the masala paste and chicken and salt and cook.
