    lifting crates and boxes metal beams and other freight is perfect for taichi or other kongfu styles cause most of the traditional styles are very much like the hakka traditions developed from working in the field or working construction and other physical demanding work, and in my opinion grappling arts with incorporated kicks and strikes to irritate deflect and damage the opponent just so you can grapple or tackle them to the floor and secure your safety and health. I would love to see the expression of the individual meaning that the movements can represent in the execution of the forms of your students it would be wonderful if they could understand the potential of the movements and their limited but thus seemingly infinite possibilities the movements can offer to each personal individual person.     I really like your chanel and the movements you and your students perform. I hope your students will learn how to use the movements in their form in real life or understand the concepts to implement them in a fighting scenario. Ich trainiere seid knapp 20 jahren kongfu und wende die technicken die ich aus den formen fuer mich individuel weiterentwickelt habe im teaglichen leben an, ob bei der arbeit als lagerarbeiter oder als handwerker und when ich trainiere versuche ich den krieger in mir zu wecken und durch meine bewegungen und mein atmen und gheist zu verwircklichen.
