That's exactly how I felt making this video, it was a refreshing change of pace to do something like this instead of the usual build videos and guides and news stuff that everyone else is also doing.

When I was in STARFLEET, The International Star Trek Fan Assoc, Inc., my ship was a Galaxy Class ship named Atlantis, NCC-71803. Lots of great memories with the crew and our various "missions and escapades." Thank you!
Really good video. I am someone that does the Star Trek Adventures TTRPG so have also encountered a time displaced Atlantis NX-05 in 2269 from the published adventure "A World With a Bluer Sun."
I do want to do more stuff like this. They take time to write, but I do have more ideas in the works. Not all ship related like this, a lot of it is character stuff too.
I totally enjoyed that! Great stories for each ship in the lineage even the NX-05. I'm one of those players that enjoys reading the player bios in game. This really put in mind of reading some of the really good ones that are out there. One question though and maybe this is something I have missed in Star Trek lore but with Miranda class getting a NCC number wouldn't the other ships of the lineage keep the same number just getting the A,B,C, and so forth?
not every ship got a A,B,C etc some times they just got a whole new one like the defiant NX 74205 for example when it was renamed from the sao paulo which was NCC 75633
I didn't go with the legacy registry number because that's really something you only see on the Enterprise. You see it more on ships in the last couple season of Discovery, but that's way in the 32nd century. In season 2 of Picard, we see models and other homages to previous Stargazer's (not just Picard's, but also an even older Stargazer), all of which had different numbers. Plus most of the ship I used actually exist in canon or beta canon in some way or another.
@@Stu1701 Thank you for the reply. I have only read three of the Star Trek novels and none of them went into this kind of detail. Between those and the game that is my entire exposure to the beta cannon. That being said, not knowing that didn't stop me from enjoying your video.
I didn't want to go all the way back to every ship that ever used the name, just wanted to cover the space fairing ones. I only mentioned the RV Atlantis to flesh out the space shuttle story a bit more.
Do you mean the event campaign? For that, you have to participate in the featured TFO events, which are typically rerun events of past TFO events. I usually announce when they go live in community posts. The third one just wrapped up a few weeks ago. You can't just do any TFO, you have to do the correct event TFOs for whatever event it happens to be at the time, which will be be listed in the Events menu. There isn't a TFO event linked to the Event Campaign active currently, what's why you're not making progress.
yeah, i hadn't initially planned for them to go down like they did, but with how many I found and the timeline I had worked out, I could really just retire any of them, something had to happen to them. And frankly, the same can be said about the Enterprise lol

Lots of ships in StarFleet go missing, destroyed, or otherwise wrecked. Enterprise hasn't had a charmed life either.

All of my ships was called Monte-carlo for years that each one ended up with a letter and I ended up with the H by the end of the Dyson sphere content

Loved it, but you missed the early sea faring ship that dredged some of the Atlantic Ocean mountain ranges. Looking for Atlantis.

My event progress bar stopped at 1.100 and hasn't moved. I've been doing TFO's every day, winded if there's something I'm missing.

I don't know if I have any more ship lineage stories like this, but I do have some ideas for character stories, some that are Klingon and Romulan.
