We will definitely check it out but always prioritize practical growth based teachers who bring us to a place of silence. The rate and intensity at which you two are going, I wouldn't be surprised if you hit the real gold mine soon. 😛.. And this was a very special one because usually Sadhguru goes about in a relaxed manner, but here, it being a ted talk, he drives so fast that his words( and also the experience at the background of the words) keeps hitting your consciousness in a relentless manner. And we could see how it was literally a struggle for you guys to react.Maybe it was the shortest reaction of yours, in terms of words used but hey we aren't complaining one bit because we all could see the impact, the walls being broken, the veils being lifted, two lotuses blooming..☺.And even though most of us have seen these Sadhguru videos separately, still it's a different experience watching the same through your eyes. sadhguru is a scam. i bought what he said of his enlightenment experience in chamundi hill. i know of psychoactives that can do that. but meditation is good if you want to go about it. but i hate it when this guy mixes it with his asthma and leg injury and all his success. getting enlightened is not your way to success in things in life. like for eg:- if i want to go to the moon, taking a DMT, or meditating to get enlightened and that enlightenment bringing me a sense of intuition of a possible way to go to moon is not possible. he always does this, thats why theres a lot of us who dont like him. hope he stops doing that and sticks to meditation and enlightenment techniques. enlightenment is an answer, but not an answer for every question. he speaks as if he could have become a doctor after his enlightenment experience.

I first listened to Sadhguru in January 2016 . Then for three years straight I binged watch his every video on TH-cam. Then in December 2018 I did my Inner Engineering program and i knew what sadhguru is talking about is not just a hoax Or fad. It's absolutely true. 🙏
I have been listening to him for about a year now, and it is also taking me a long time to truly come around to what he is saying. It feels right though, and I am okay with the face that his words need to sit in me for them to reach me properly.
I have been listening to Sadhguru for more than four years now. Until recently, I always thought sadhguru is the only and ultimate peak of wisdom. But, then I came to know about OSHO. Man O man, my mind is blown ever since. To listen to osho correctly, you need to take start up courses from sadhguru, allan watts and other enlightened beings. Then, you become ready for the master OSHO. Because, most of the metaphors you won't even understand if you didn't heighten your consciousness to certain level.
@Mohan Brizhnev That's true to some extent. One needs to reach a certain level of *receptivity* to really listen to Osho. The point where I would deviate is where you mentioned Osho as the *master of masters.* For instance, even you said it that only because you understood Sadhguru, you became a fan of Osho. That accessibility was made possible by listening to Sadhguru. So, he is like the door that let you in. Without an entrance to a building, it is just a tomb. Inaccessible. Dormant. Personally, as a Kriya Yogi, what Sadhguru has done would stay hidden for most people. That is in reference to the creation of the *Dhyanalinga.* Even among spiritual seekers, its importance is yet to be experienced by most. Lastly, Sadhguru cultivated a persona that was relatable and enabled him to function in the world, unlike Osho. There is still a lot of resistance towards Osho even among the spiritually inclined. Of course, it is more to do with the presuppositions of pre-concepts of the people rather than Osho, but that is something one has to pay attention to if one wants to work with people around. Yes, this last point can be countered with the fact that Sadhguru had a precedent in Osho on what not to do. I won't deny that. *In conclusion,* I would say that it is more about the person's inclination, tendencies and receptivity that makes one enlightened being more enticing than the other. Even in my case, I started with Sadhguru and through him, I started to listen to Osho and then, J. Krishnamurti. After all, it is the same _Gurutatva_ pervading through these beings.

One strange realisation on this path has been - they all - all gurus of the past and present , all text - Upanishad, Vedas, Patanjali sutra, Tao Te Ching, among others are all pointing to same ‘........’ in different words.
You guys are my favourite thing to watch and listen to now, cuz sometimes, even what sadhguru has to say gets a lil difficult for me to understand but seeing both of your perspectives, on how each of you take things in is really helpful and i like y'all talking about it.
Keep going at it guys and I foresee one day you guys interviewing Sadhguru on this channel. I took his inner engineering course a few years back and then attended the Shambhavi Mahamudra session in person in Philadelphia with him, had some experiences that I am not going to share here as they are different for different people. I wish people would not have shared their experiences with me as then you approach things with preconceived notions. However he has a way of connecting with people. @Miles Guess you missed the whole point of what Sadhguru is talking about. It is not about believing in something but seeking it for yourself. Every human being has the capability of becoming Jesus in himself. It is for you to take that journey yourself instead of believing something that has been taught to you. However if the process is working for you the all the power to you brother. But everyone should chose their own path and follow it, without judging the path someone else is following.
In one of his talks, someone asked how one can expand his/her consciousness. I think his answer was like 'pretty much everyone has experienced this expanded consciousness. Like a mother to her child, us towards our nation, etc.' something like that. We all love our identity. Bigger your identity, the bigger your heart.

When Gurus narrate their enlightenment experience - a seed is sowed of expectation of some kind supernatural experience in minds of seekers... and I wondered why Gurus would let that happen. I understand now that BOTH possibilities exist depending on how one experience the ultimate oneness...When one observes a mother and child ..how when a child gets hurts or is overjoyed, the mother experiences that pain or joy as if it were her own experience? Glimpse of this can be seen all around as we observe. How is it that one human is experiencing the pain or joy of another human as their own? This is only possible ....in state of absolute selflessness (NO SELF) ... state of oneness.... When we EXPAND this mother-child field to more people - all humans /animal/plants - all beings visible n invisible - the whole existence. That IT is .. That is IT.. the experience - जो हैं भी और नहीं भी।Which is and is not... is not because the mother experiencing it is not really aware.

Though getting experience of divine is possible by deep faith and hard practice, the easiest way is by approaching a Guru. There are systems where the Guru can easily clean your system and make the spiritual growth easier, through kriya yoga etc, or by simply by his grace. After learning something, it's advisable to approach a Guru. An enlightened guru is someone who can guide with out the dependence on (religious) scriptures, but from his own experience.
We humans have picked a path chosen for us by others. Learnt what was taught to us as education. We try to excel in this endeavour without pausing to think whether we are doing the right thing. The first step to learning the truth is to unlearn the wrong ones we have picked up.

The problem is that people don’t tap into this inner power and live life partially or in the shadows of a cave. The great teachers and spiritual master help us emerge from these caves into the light. This video presents a welcome back story to Sadhguru’s life and teachings. As you say, he unlocks the doors to inner vision. But there are many enlightened beings who do this. Not everyone needs these keys, however, because they already possess them. We need to move beyond the earthly teachers and find our own paths. I took his inner engineering course a few years back and then attended the Shambhavi Mahamudra session in person in Philadelphia with him, had some experiences that I am not going to share here as they are different for different people. I wish people would not have shared their experiences with me as then you approach things with preconceived notions. However he has a way of connecting with people. @Miles Guess you missed the whole point of what Sadhguru is talking about. It is not about believing in something but seeking it for yourself. Every human being has the capability of becoming Jesus in himself. It is for you to take that journey yourself instead of believing something that has been taught to you. However if the process is working for you the all the power to you brother. But everyone should chose their own path and follow it, without judging the path someone else is following.
In one of his talks, someone asked how one can expand his/her consciousness. I think his answer was like 'pretty much everyone has experienced this expanded consciousness. Like a mother to her child, us towards our nation, etc.' something like that. We all love our identity. Bigger your identity, the bigger your heart.

When Gurus narrate their enlightenment experience - a seed is sowed of expectation of some kind supernatural experience in minds of seekers... and I wondered why Gurus would let that happen.
I understand now that BOTH possibilities exist depending on how one experience the ultimate oneness...When one observes a mother and child ..how when a child gets hurts or is overjoyed, the mother experiences that pain or joy as if it were her own experience? Glimpse of this can be seen all around as we observe.
How is it that one human is experiencing the pain or joy of another human as their own?
This is only possible ....in state of absolute selflessness (NO SELF) ... state of oneness....
When we EXPAND this mother-child field to more people - all humans /animal/plants - all beings visible n invisible - the whole existence.
That IT is .. That is IT.. the experience - जो हैं भी और नहीं भी।Which is and is not... is not because the mother experiencing it is not really aware.

U seem to be fan of Osho. Yeah Osho is amazing and more direct. But Sadhguru on the other hand knows the present human minds and circumstances rather imposing his experiences to all. Furthermore, Sadhguru has built some simple amazing tools for well being of every human being 😍😍😍😍 That's makes him special 💯💯
Though getting experience of divine is possible by deep faith and hard practice, the easiest way is by approaching a Guru. There are systems where the Guru can easily clean your system and make the spiritual growth easier, through kriya yoga etc, or by simply by his grace. After learning something, it's advisable to approach a Guru. An enlightened guru is someone who can guide with out the dependence on (religious) scriptures, but from his own experience.

And when we realize this personal, transformative power, we grasp that we are one and the same with this earth and all living beings. The problem is that people don’t tap into this inner power and live life partially or in the shadows of a cave. The great teachers and spiritual master help us emerge from these caves into the light.
This video presents a welcome back story to Sadhguru’s life and teachings. As you say, he unlocks the doors to inner vision. But there are many enlightened beings who do this. I think it’s much better for you to pause and react/reflect on the words of the speakers rather than save all commentary for after the video is concluded. I personally enjoy your fresh insights on the teachings of speakers like Sadhguru as much as what the they say.
