I have noticed that the price of identical items varies, the cheap ones have expensive postage , the expensive have cheap postage, but when taken together, the total price works out the same. This allows the seller to grab your attention with the advertised price being lower in the store.
I remember eBay used to be rampant with that problem, about 20 years ago. MP3 players for $1… plus $200 shipping. Things like that. They changed their policy so that shippers can only charge the costs for shipping itself, and that cleared up the problem nicely.
You got the cheaper model. Aliexpress is notorious for showing a picture of the highest price model along with the price of the cheapest one. You have to select which specific model you want by clicking "color." Yes, sounds ridiculous but "color" is what they use to refer to different models within a single ad. That's also not auto-ranging which is a pain in the ass. Good luck to you.
Then by that convention he should’ve gotten the most expensive one by default. But even if you select color that would then show a different model with different specifications. Naturally if you select a different color and there was the same picture and different specifications then you wouldn’t buy from that vendor unless you want to go through the hell of communicating with them where the ad is faulty… noooo way…

I bought a thermal camera and a microscope from Ali Express. Both are great. Depends on the seller I think. Better to buy from reputable company even if you pay more if it’s for a business.
Sorry Sorin. I believe it came apart during shipping because the screws holding the transformer came loose. They were not tightened properly to start with.
it screams fake to me honestly. I have owned that particular model for like 80$ and it looked nothing like the one in video internally and was pretty decent. It feels like an average aliexpress scam
@@MaxC_1 It's the correct model. Sorin chose the cheapest model in the page. The one he wanted, and was "in the picture", was the most expensive model option on the page. You have to select the correct model. They put many (often 4-10) options on the one buy page. However it is very scummy to have all these models (really of separate classes of product quality) all in the one page and make the buyer notice they have to select exactly the correct option. If the buyer leaves the cheapest default option selected (for the most attractive price), they get the cheapest default model, which isn't the first picture.
Well it has self integraded protection. Transformer comes disconnected so the customer checks if everything looks ok before it can be used ;) And the noise is there so the customer knows that it must open the unit before the first use. (:
Was it only me that saw the Video Heading and immediately clicked it excited to see Sorin finally got a UNI-T Thermal Camera .lol . But instead realized it's a multimeter.
Well. If it was sold as that. Fair enough. A bench meter form factor has advantages. There is no official "bench meter" specifications. And a new meter could do the job with a handheld meter board.
Maybe the most important lesson is not to buy from Ali Express. I bought that same mm from a reputable store here in Mexico and everything was fine with it. Yes, it´s slow and probes are cheap but its the next level from a pocket MM. And it has linear supply and USB communication that works.
Nothing wrong with AliExpress - as long as you're aware of the simple tactic that sellers use. The main thumbnail picture does not alwayts reflect the default product that is selected. They do this so that a cheaper price shows next to the photo of the expensive device. The item that was bought and paid for would have been what was selected by default. If you change to the SKU that matches the thumbnail picture, the price will be more expensive.
Where I live, everything gets ridiculously expensive or doesnt exist. So I have to use Aliexpress. I learnt to protect myself taking my time, unbox and test everything on camera after lots of incidents. I'm fine. Besides, I already know what I'm getting sometimes, for example buying spares of electronics.
I have the same line of meter from Aliexpress but a model UT8803E. It too had a similar issue with the transformer mount where the nuts loosened and obviously did not have lock washers and were not tight enough. The item appears to have some rough shipping, and I've seen power transformers come lose in the cases. The uni-t meter like this has the logic board behind the front display (I was a bit surprised too when I opened mine). For the money these aren't bad really.
btw.. for those who know the youtube blogger "Mr Carlsons Lab", he did a short (and quite positive) review on these bench meters (which convinced me to buy one). The only thing is this video was only offered to his patreon supporters. Also other users had the same issue with transformer coming lose. I've also had this issue on linear power supplies coming from China... as mentioned earlier, I think they get banged around in their shipping boxes.
I think it's because they get someone new on the assembly-line who is too slow to fully fit the part, so they just throw the parts in the item and push it along. I've seen a bench power supply review where only one pin of a MOSFET was soldered.
i'd love to see you post a photo of the insides to uni-t and see if its actually a real one or a knock version i find it hard to believe uni-t that would have passed quality control
I feel the same... a lot of things that I buy I have first to work on them to improve them, this waste a lot of time for small staffs that in the end does not bring too much value, just improve quality of product, example changing by making new leads for a welder, or change panel conectors and inner aluminium bussbars to copper ones, add better air guide for cooling... and this happens to a lot of products, par example changing wheel casters for mobile toolbox that are plastic instead of rubber, and the mounting is not universal, so extra work on that.... and this cycle repeats for a lot of product... alternative spend more money, maybe money that we can not afford...
Wow, this Multimeter is just an empty shell and my guess is, it's as exact as my 15 Euro Multimeter I bought in the Hardware store. If they made a case like the Rigol DSO Oszis, it would make sense. This is just space on your desk for nothing.
Sometimes there are various stores that seem (and possibly ARE 'official') Official this, outlet that, direct the other. And sometimes different stores will have better listings and prices than the official sounding ones. You really have to make sure pictures and 'color' pictures correspond to the point there's no doubt should you open a case. While great deals can show up, price should be somewhere within the realm of possibility
@@Not_Sure-i6o Always check the rating and listings rating. If I remember correctly the UNI-T website has the official website listed. You're not alone young man. I got a 1 TB SSD M.2 From a similar place, then I couldn't transfer my operating system over to it as i was hoping. Then, when I'd financially recovered from the £100 the SSD Cost me, (around 3 months).. I'd figured out i'd probably need a suitable USB To SSD Adapter to get my Operating System ghosted over to the new, lager drive. So I ordered the adapter £25 and it arrived and I waited until i was well enough and i'd got a few hours spare to fit it all together and attempted to begin the job again.. Still Nothing and both items where well past their 1 month return date.. Unsure which part was failing I naturally presumed it was the SSD as that hadn't worked as I expected it to on my first attempt some months previous.. So I saved for another 3 months at which time I ordered another £100 SSD 1TB. Fitted that to the USB Adapter and.. Nothing but this time I noticed the adapter was extremely hot.. Gave up for a while then re attempted to Ghost my O.S over using the original method i'd tried previously. This was a click and hope task of cloning of my 250GB SSD Contents over to a Blank SATA drive then removal of my 250GB SSD then swap to the first 1TB SSD then messing around with the new encryption crappy bios settings my board has then a few desperate clicks of buttons in the controls of the ghosting software ALL Marked with worrying sounding "Security" and "Encryption" and "Operating system key" and "store repository encryption key backup location" YOU Know the buttons you avoid pressing, especially when you bought a prebuilt PC From a shop all preloaded etc etc.. and no documentation. ANYWAY It finally worked and 1 x One Terrabyte SSD M.2 and 1 x 256GB SSD M.2 Need caring homes. £120 the lot. ;) Oh, then my air cooler stopped working 1 week after buying it MID June. Cheers all the best ;)
Well , I bet there is nothing on screws preventing them to unscrew the nut in shipping due to vibrations etc. So what happened is that transformer by its weight just rattled around and finally came off and unplugged the cable from main board. Typical manufacturing oversight. For the multi-meter it self well what to say , You bought a bigger box with a bigger screen that pretends to be an old style multi-meter.
But the nut has a little tapered flange that self binds when screwed with the correct torque and that prevents it from unscrewing due to vibrations. Just like computer case screws.
I have that same feeling every time I order something online, so I save money now -- haha. It's a really nice box. I'm looking forward to your testing it's functionality. We know many of the cheap kits put all of the functions in the face plate, and leave it to us to provide a power supply and case -- I wouldn't be surprised if that power supply is inadequate, but hope you can replace it with something better during your testing...I'll watch, even if your conclusion is, "expensive door stop."
Hey Sorin, we took the same boat! I had to recently replace all my test equipment after leaving my job (RF Service Tech) of 15 years... I tried E-Bay and Aliexpress and found nothing but rip-offs, junk and covid related excuses regarding quality and availability. I spent a fortune sending back defective and incorrect items, it seems that the chinese suppliers understand what quality is, but just don't provide it. I have to say that I had to try Siglent and few others as a reasonable alternative to what I was used to, even UNI-T.. But being a spoiled tech, brands like R&S, Fluke, Aeroflex, Anritsu and Agilent are common place. I finally had to settle with the Siglent brand ultimately, and I am happy with what I have now to do the work I have. Siglent in not a cheap brand, but have a ridiculous rendition of the feature upgrades that higher end equipment manufacturers have. Say you bought a Siglent 300Mhz 4ch Scope and find out that the next guy paid less than half of that for the same scope less a sticker! I get it, you can get your product out there at a cheaper price point and allow "feature upgrades" later via purchased entitlement codes. Siglent is a bit overboard in this regard.. say you want a 16ch MSO option, you pay for the hardware and an activation code that is half the price of the hardware or more, separately. Why not include the activation in the price of the hardware? UNI-T was an ok brand 10 years ago, but not so anymore.. they have the features and look good.. but how much cheaper can "cheap" get before you're just buying flashy junk? My bench DMM is a Fluke 8846A and a 8808 before it.. this is your left arm as a bench tech, there are no substitutions for sheer repeatable accuracy and a good set of probes!
One car battery charger coworker bought and it had blown out diode bridge due heatsink made short circuit on the pcb main side. I just did insulate that part of heatsink from ever touching again and replace fuse and diode bridge. Works okay. He claims nothing ever and never worked out of box.
Likely is due to shipping had it happen on quality gear as well, I made it a habit to look inside before powering up if came from far, or hear something loose. They sure have used locking washers and loctite as well would have prevented that. As far as the listing itself it is common for them to have multiple options and use the highest end model for pictures. Chinese companies are well known for doing this.
I guest you choose the wrong type. You expects for UT8805E (453 pounds), but you ordered UT8802E (102 pounds). Sometime the sellers not fair to put only highest type's image for some type of products that they sales in one link.
How can you stay so calm??? :) I will get crazy with such a purchase. And yes ... we are all learning, just personally I take these mistakes more pesonal with older age :)
"I will get crazy with such a purchase." - Honestly I'd never EVER buy a more expensive, "branded" multimeter off of AliExpress, Banggood, DealExtreme et al. ever (or MAYBE I'd make an exception if the seller had zero negative ratings). Most of that stuff just reeks of being fake.
Yes the transformer was an actual issue but you got exactly what you bought why are you complaining , the photo might be different but the model you selected is exactly the same have a look at 0:50 (it clearly mentions UT8802E). It is common for aliexpress to list multiple items under same product ad and you can choose whatever model you like .
You got what you paid for. The transformer rattled loose during shipping, but ultimately the unit worked. Maybe not the best customer experience, but you got a video out of it and probably more money than you paid initially.
At 1:33 that isn’t foil covering the screen, it’s a protective film. I recognize that English is likely not your first language - just offering a suggestion for future videos where you could use that.
15:52 you have to view review before buy it :) I have same hot air workstation, I like it but have to buy extra nozzles, Have UNI-T UT61E+ I like it, but it is slow as it have auto range... :) for soldering I have aixun T3B and using original JBC tips, I recommend to buy JBC soldering station :) or weller as it will last forever :D
Uni-T UT8805E is what you see on the picture and it cost a lot more, if you want a cheap upgrade buy a Owon 4 1/2 digit 55,000 count XDM2041 instead. It still a bit slow (60 rdgs/s) like every entry level 4 1/2 digit multimeter.
The lowest price is not always the best price. Be very careful when reading the Aliexpress ad, make your selection then read the ad again. This meter wasn't assembled properly, traveling in the postal systems has caused the fasteners holding the transformer to come lose.
the bolt probably vibrated loose during transport, and the transformer weighs so much that it could pull out the connector. So probably it worked without rattling before they send it to you. But still you didn't get what was promised. By the way, I have never seen a multimeter that has a menu, so what would a menu be used for?
Did you considered that the bolt could have fall during the transport? Definetly they should be advised and learn from this in order to prevent this to happen in the future. I had a similar experience when I bought a 900$ device and the shipment was 120$. This somehow works for them send it to you faster BUT to refrain you from sending it back. Unfortunately like in your case the device was not working properly, couldn't see anything on the screen but was doing certain operations. I ask them for an RMA and they were suggesting it to take it to a repair shop firstly. I told them that it will be costly. Then they asked if I know someone with electronic skills. I told them that I can have a look into but I dont know how to open it as it is a very well designed case with a slick look. They sent me some instructions and were also offering 80$ if I can figure out the issue. There was only a ribbon connector for the display that went out. So they learned the lesson and I also got some "discount". Yet the worst experience was on Amazon. I got a power supply with a bolt floating inside the case, similar like your situation. I didn't want it to power it because that could have shorten the circuit. So I open it and found the bolt actually didn't fell during the transport but because the thread was stripped. I took pictures and sent it to the seller asking him if he has a QC system in place to prevent this to happen? I told him that this is totally unsafe for a user if the bolt gets in a wrong spot. Also asked him to review my comments with his team and have corrective actions. But the only thing that this lead to was actually banning me from future reviews on Amazon. He lied and complained to Amazon. And such, Aliexpress became my only supplier.
Hi Sorin. Thank for your good videos. what do you think about Aneng AN999S or ZOYI ZT-5566S these are both desk multimeter and also has bluetooth connectivity for display and also has speaker too. There are reviews on youtube and its look like eficient.
I was looking for a thermal camera on Amazon. Uni-T has an official store, but the reviews on their cameras we're not flattering, the most frequent being lack of customer service. The prices compared to FLIR products and were about the same no big cost savings.
I think Ali Express sellers get subsidized shipping rates if they sell in large quantities, so they put high shipping rates to make there profit, the Chinese are sneaky little fellas.
Hearing small parts loose inside should imply a fastener has let go---to even entertain the scenario that another person had it and blew it up before sending it to you was a rediculous idea. A tediously long video about very little.
Thank you for showing us the quality level of UNI-T, i was considering buying one of their products, now i see what would i get from them and of course i doubt i would be buying anything from them. Hope you get your money back, the product is defective and also it's a complete cheat to the customer, a nearly empty box that wastes the space on your table
You shouldn't underestimate the effect of vibration on that transformer during a global shipment. It's very possible that the combination of the transformer being the most heavy single component and it hanging freely (counterlever) from the side losened the nuts and made them come off completely Obviously the transformer falling around the box then unplgged the connector. The vendor should have uses either a counter nut or screw locking paint. And you should do it now, if you keep this thing around. Regarding the price: Many, and especially the cheaper chinese electronic products stil lare about twice as expensive (In some cases even still 5 times or more!) as they usually are (and where) before the all the global crises since Covid, lack of resources and so on). So when you buy a 200$ device, you will get a 50$ crap ..
Lot of Chinese made stuff has half screws loose inside from shipping...they don't use lock washers or thread lock. Could still be a really good meter, even being hollow... everything is software on a single device anymore.
its always happened when you buy from aliexpress. you buy what is wrote not what was shown probably you selected the wrong item before you clicked on buy now. it happened for me a lot of times
I love watching your videos, I've learned a lot from you, please do a tutorial video about basic components and how to read a schematic, thank you. Watching from Nigeria
Stupid expensive shipping cost like that would be a HARD PASS for me, aside any doubt over quality of the item. The mounting screws for power supply transformer probably came lose by; Not fully tightened, or No anti vibration device, like a spring or star washer or locktite, and being subjected to vibration during transit, especially when transported on a freight ship over a long time/distance. I suggest mount that weighty trans on the base plate and not side wall that has bent inward.
I don't think the device was sended with the fault. The real problem is that they just don't use Loctite (or any other brand of threadlocker) in screws that are propense to fail in the handling of the product.
the one you wanted was the 05, the one you probable selected and bought was the 02. If you look for other sellers who sell the 05 model you will see that those are close to $900 or more. Same for me, they have less specific items and brands for the tools, usually their own, I bought my Ayear microscope from them, and I use it daily since 2 y already.
You should do a video on the dispute process, should be as (of not more) interesting as getting the wrong/broken item. I wouldn't even mention getting the wrong product as that will confuse the Ali 'judge'. Not get into conversation with the seller, and just a short clip of the thing not turning on with parts bouncing around inside

Transformer..heaviest part will always be the first to come off in bad postage.
@@TheRogey1 - especially when mounted without locking washers or locking nuts.
Well it has self integraded protection. Transformer comes disconnected so the customer checks if everything looks ok before it can be used ;)
And the noise is there so the customer knows that it must open the unit before the first use.
(:
Thats bullshit . If i buy a product i want it to work, not to take it apart and repair it first...
@@Lifeless11111 The OP made a JOKE, for God's sake...
this reminds me of the day when i opened a big amplifier and found a large cement block with a plastic housing crewed to the chassis.
Was it a Bose,???
Was it only me that saw the Video Heading and immediately clicked it excited to see Sorin finally got a UNI-T Thermal Camera .lol . But instead realized it's a multimeter.
Sorin does not need thermal camera, he's a Pro. He's harvesting thousands a month from his Helium miners.
it's a handheld multimeter with a bigger display in a lunchbox :)
Basically yes. I would have felt scammed after opening it...
You certainly know how to pick them... 😅
i'd love to see you post a photo of the insides to uni-t and see if its actually a real one or a knock version i find it hard to believe uni-t that would have passed quality control
I don't think that is Uni-T product. I looked on their official store on AE and could not find it.
This is not uni T product but scam by fake manufacture
THIS. I'm pretty sure that this is fake.
Have you seen real UNI-T on the inside? They are all lousy. He bought the UT8802E not the 8805E. It's real but not the model he expected.
agreed
Mulțumim domnu Sorin , foarte practice video urile.!!
Thank you for the review, it was useful. Is it possible that handling in the post could have rattled lose some of the components inside?
I think you received the model you ordered. It's the 8802 you have.
The picture on Ali is the 8805 model. But it costs 4x more
yes
Yeah, empty space. The case is too big for that multimeter.
Thank`s again Sorin, i keep learning whit you. Greetings from Argentina
It must have crossed half of the world in a tuk-tuk. Parts rattled off through case holes including the missing menu :)
Zorin, you may have had bad luck with this equipment BUT we still love you very much! That's worth something too... 😉😅❤️👍
Wow, this Multimeter is just an empty shell and my guess is, it's as exact as my 15 Euro Multimeter I bought in the Hardware store. If they made a case like the Rigol DSO Oszis, it would make sense. This is just space on your desk for nothing.
You didn't buy from their official store. That could explain the problem.
Sometimes there are various stores that seem (and possibly ARE 'official')
Official this, outlet that, direct the other.
The prices are different because not all stores have sales at the same time. Maybe it was cheaper because UNI-T sold the device in question as not working or return item.
@@westsenkovec The 8805e he thought he was getting I'm not seeing much stock on Ali, a couple of random listings for 600-1000 bucks, the next step down 8804e seems to be 300-400. Expecting 8805e for the going rate of 8802e (150+shipping) is too good to be true territory
@@Not_Sure-i6o "Sometimes there are various stores that seem (and possibly ARE 'official')" - Maybe, but those "various stores" usually don't sell this stuff on AliExpress..

I ordered a new battery for my Samsung Note 10.1 2014 edition from Prime. When I received it the box had been previously opened, the pry tool(pick) was all scratched up ,and the battery had a lump on it. As it is a lithium ion it should not be lumpy. I sent a message right away to the seller. They were very good and reimbursed the return postage and full price of the battery. Ridiculous bs man!
I bought a Uni-T 8803E (slightly different than the 8802) last year, it’s been a good meter on my bench, sorry for your bad luck Soren. My probes are gold plated also. Maybe you got it from an unofficial “reseller”… maybe send an email to Uni-T with a link to your video and they’ll help you out?
I kind of feel happier that its not just ME that has these experiences! Sorry Sorin, I feel your pain at the end of this video, and it's not just you who suffers. Junk is junk. Aliexpress is definitely a roulette wheel.
Salutare din Romania !! ❤ mult succes
I've spent quite a large amount of money on a thermal camera from Ali Express and other things but have largely used the official uni-t source and had no problems.
I was hoping the Multimeter, would work. I was SHOCKED to see an empty tin box.. where were the rest of the parts.. Always by the same thing that worked for you.. How much was the one from work?
There's another TH-camr I also listen to, "Adamant IT" I believe he is located in Shaftesbury, England has his own shop and quite good, honest and a true gent like yourself. Hi! If you notice the model in your purchase, UT8802E is exactly the model you received. But, this is misleading information, the model in the photo is UT8805E, unless the page where you ordered had several models to choose, they are tricking you. You can open a Aliexpress case and ask for refund. They will refund you if not total, partially or you'll be able to return the item. In any way, it's a bummer! Hope you solve this out. Good luck!
But the refund process is not as good as it used to be. Now they only refund you if you send it back, and it's just not worth it to send back.
@@waynesallee-com Yes it is a pain in the a** to send it back, but the main point is, that is misleading information.... always a bummer! I don't know about you, but I always use paypal, extra layer of security that solved more than once problems that Aliexpress didn't solve.

This was a click and hope task of cloning of my 250GB SSD Contents over to a Blank SATA drive then removal of my 250GB SSD then swap to the first 1TB SSD then messing around with the new encryption crappy bios settings my board has then a few desperate clicks of buttons in the controls of the ghosting software ALL Marked with worrying sounding "Security" and "Encryption" and "Operating system key" and "store repository encryption key backup location"
YOU Know the buttons you avoid pressing, especially when you bought a prebuilt PC From a shop all preloaded etc etc.. and no documentation.
ANYWAY It finally worked and 1 x One Terrabyte SSD M.2 and 1 x 256GB SSD M.2 Need caring homes.
£120 the lot. ;)
Oh, then my air cooler stopped working 1 week after buying it MID June.
Cheers all the best ;)
Be careful with scammers Sorin!
This is always a good idea to do unboxing video. Not for TH-cam, but in case you have a dispute. This could be the only evidence you may have
he chose UT8802E, and got got UT8802E, end of story.
I'm sorry to see that I can see you're frustrated.
I always ask for a refund in these cases and usually get full refund without sending stuff back, they won't do QC i won't pay for it
Didn't you read on the Aliexpress listing *Pre-assembly required*
I have that same feeling every time I order something online, so I save money now -- haha.
It's a really nice box.
I'm looking forward to your testing it's functionality.
We know many of the cheap kits put all of the functions in the face plate, and leave it to us to provide a power supply and case -- I wouldn't be surprised if that power supply is inadequate, but hope you can replace it with something better during your testing...I'll watch, even if your conclusion is, "expensive door stop."
thank you for sharing with us!!!!
Sometime the sellers not fair to put only highest type's image for some type of products that they sales in one link.
as for return they will want you to pay the postage for the return of course.
can you do a video on the return process, and how long it takes, if they do take it back
How can you stay so calm???
Glue a 5lb lead weight onto that open space to keep the meter from moving around on the bench. A SCUBA dive belt weight will work.
Yea then throw it in the river.
It's not only you who gets screwed! It happens to me all the time too...
Whats the point putting pcb to big box, when it could fit to "handheld" dmm?
Uni-T UT8805E is what you see on the picture and it cost a lot more, if you want a cheap upgrade buy a Owon 4 1/2 digit 55,000 count XDM2041 instead. It still a bit slow (60 rdgs/s) like every entry level 4 1/2 digit multimeter.
I think they sent it to You to repair it for them 😉
The lowest price is not always the best price. Be very careful when reading the Aliexpress ad, make your selection then read the ad again. This meter wasn't assembled properly, traveling in the postal systems has caused the fasteners holding the transformer to come lose.
I forgive you for misspelling in your title page. Manufacture is the act of building. Manufacturers is plural of these builders.
the bolt probably vibrated loose during transport, and the transformer weighs so much that it could pull out the connector.
SORIN, The correct number should have been UT8805E not 02E
The pictures are in the wrong places.
Screw may have vibrated loose in transit, then the transformer moving around pulled out that plug? Couriers can be rough
I was looking for a thermal camera on Amazon. Uni-T has an official store, but the reviews on their cameras we're not flattering, the most frequent being lack of customer service. The prices compared to FLIR products and were about the same no big cost savings.
What a quality product... You sure know how to pick them🤣 Just buy a FLUKE one they are expensive but never had issues it is also very fast.
I have 15 b over 15 year
I think Ali Express sellers get subsidized shipping rates if they sell in large quantities, so they put high shipping rates to make there profit, the Chinese are sneaky little fellas.
Hearing small parts loose inside should imply a fastener has let go---to even entertain the scenario that another person had it and blew it up before sending it to you was a rediculous idea. A tediously long video about very little.
That's why I buy my equipment from Amazon they have a better return policy if an item is broken or not as advertised.
It's very possible that the combination of the transformer being the most heavy single component and it hanging freely (counterlever) from the side losened the nuts and made them come off completely
Obviously the transformer falling around the box then unplgged the connector.
Не расстраивайся, shit happens) удачи и хорошего настроения
A big box just to justify a big price
Hi, I've tried to fix a Pcb of eppendorf 5430r and after fixing the power issues I found ics malfunctioned. Can you please help me to get its new Pcb?
Lot of Chinese made stuff has half screws loose inside from shipping...they don't use lock washers or thread lock. Could still be a really good meter, even being hollow... everything is software on a single device anymore.
my Oldest meter uni t is over 20y old still accurate and latest are just as good. Its a quality brand at its price range with good specs
its always happened when you buy from aliexpress.
you buy what is wrote not what was shown
probably you selected the wrong item before you clicked on buy now.
it happened for me a lot of times
it is working, sent from the factory, only without a locking agent. and vibrated loose by transport
You get what you pay for. Also, the picture of the 05 shows the 05 in the advertisement, in your video you clearly show that you ordered the 02E version.
I usually buy from banggood if I can, they never screwed me before, and they do not have a fake products
Same for me, they have less specific items and brands for the tools, usually their own, I bought my Ayear microscope from them, and I use it daily since 2 y already.
@@Yoritomo3800 their negative review also very reliable
You should do a video on the dispute process, should be as (of not more) interesting as getting the wrong/broken item. I wouldn't even mention getting the wrong product as that will confuse the Ali 'judge'. Not get into conversation with the seller, and just a short clip of the thing not turning on with parts bouncing around inside
Ali will request for shipping it back for a refund

7:00 Sorry, for your terrible experience with the Seller/Manufacturer of this Multimeter......what I get from seeing this is that I won't be buying anything outside of the more well-established brands when it comes to test equipment like these. Not taking any chances on the chinese ones ("Except" if MiniWare comes out with a not-so-mini Benchtop unit).
