Hello Brian! It’s Mariela from Puerto Rico, couple years ago I purchased the weight loss challenge and I love it! It was fantastic! Now I have a completely different scenario, I got diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and all my joints are super swollen and I’m becoming more stiff everyday. What should I do Brian, please help! 🙏
Obese people can't do it so fast and long. They must have some slow and short workouts, for beginning , to get used to exercise gradually. Most of them never had and did any type of exercise.
I'm not obese by any means, just need to lose between 10 - 20 pounds & this was moderately challenging. I don't think an obese person could go though this workout.
Great workouts but this isn't for beginners who are obese, not a chance would we be bouncing around, this looks hard on the knees in parts and the pace is tad too fast, this is more for overweight fit people..sorry but this needs renaming then it's a great workout.
Really didn't enjoy this. When you are already struggling with you breathing, last thing you need to focus on is 2 to 1 excersies!!! Make them 2 of each move rather than trying to make it difficult for total beginners. Completely put off trying things this way now 😑

I am not a beginner nor obese- but Brian gave us an upbeat workout that made me sweat!!!

Noted. But if you find a challenging exercise, just walk in place. You can always modify
