Homemade Butter Pecan Pound Cake

- New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates how to make a Butter pecan pound cake. It consists of a cake and icing flavored with vanilla, butter and maple extract to give the cake that butterscotch flavor that butter pecan ice cream has and chopped pecans are also added. You can get about 18 to 20 or more servings for this type of cake. It's flavorful, just like butter pecan ice cream, it's absolutely delicious. Hope you all will give this recipe a try.
