I came across a recipe with sour scream and sweetened condensed milk. I made it for a family get together and my hubby was not happy bc there wasnt any left. I wish I could find the recipe again. I dont even really like banana pudding but this I liked.
CHARLIE!! I made this cake for my husband’s birthday this week (was going to try to do the bananas foster cake but I’m scared of the flambé part 😂) and it came out so good! The sponges were easily the best cakes I’ve ever had. Definitely adding this recipe to the rotation because WOW the taste, the texture, everything about it was just perfection. Thank you!!! Your cake photo caught my eye. Wow!. Banana pudding is one of my favorites. This recipe takes it to an even more sinful delicious level with cake. 🎂 I prefer whipped cream on my banana pudding. Your custard topping really goes well with the cake . My mom made her pudding with meringue topping.
