Mitch, good morning. I live in Larose, LA born and raised. Larose is ground zero for where Francine hit, Hurricane Ida hit, and about 14 others. When I board up my home all of the boards have all of the names of the hurricanes to make landfall on Bayou Lafourche my home parish/county. There's 14 so far. I was actually here for both Francine and Ida and if you ever wanted to interview me for a video on your channel I can give a first hand account for what going through a major hurricane is like. I don't know if there's anything scarier on this earth besides one of my children being sick. I can verify everything I say with pictures and video. Anyway thanks for all of the content. Big fan.

good morning Mitch and weather friends, we got a light rain last night in southern Vt. we need it it's been so dry the leaves are very dull lots of yellow not much orange maybe that rain will help brighten the colors!
Accuweather is hyping this thing up to be crazy ! This storm seems all over the place , just sitting and watching for family in Fort Myers and Tampa. also in case I have to cancel my flight/vacation to orlando on the 30th
I believe their trying to use their weapon to brew something up. They're hoping they can make something form and guide it through seeding and other methods.

Appreciate the update, Mitch. So far this month in Northern Maine we have only seen about 0.5 inches of rain so far this September the dry pattern will persist until at least mid next week when we could see the pattern break down. We are now seeing a moderate amount off foliage color change the dry conditions may be accelerating the process as they seem to changing faster than last year.

I don't think they're necessarily fear mongering. But i do believe there higher ups are using weapons to try to create and fuel something there so they can guide it where they want to go. But they're not too sure if they can because nothing is there. In other words, that's what their higher ups are planning and hoping will happen, They're just reporting those plans. You have no idea the world you live in
