    Really appreciate the insight you bring thru your videos. I used to travel yearly to Europe purely as a tourist & took photos as memories. After 20 years I want to learn more of photography, so I can get off autofocus. I need a new camera & you have helped me to know what I need. My finances are limited, but I hope to travel soon. In the meantime I will get out everyday in the town where I live because you have shown that there can be many great images right outside my door.

    Thank you for sharing this Adrian it’s great to see your process. I’ve only just discovered your channel and have been on a binge watch of your past videos lately. Your approach and mentality is refreshing as focused on photography and not cameras something becoming a rarity on TH-cam these days. Cheers, Paul.

    Great video. Love the simplicity. As a hobbyist your process seems manageable.

      Thanks! Glad you liked it. I'd say that it should be even more manageable as a pro, you have to keep it as simple as possible when you shoot a lot. In the end, it's all about being able to create the images you want and have fun too :)

      @@aows Thanks for the reply. Do you ever make back ups of your Lightroom catalog?

    • @aows
      @aows  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@viharsheth9132 I probably should, but I don't. I use Lightroom CC and all my photos are backed up in Adobe's cloud. I just hope they stay there :)

    Very interesting/informative video on your process. Thank you. Also very excited about the new book! I would love to hear you talk a little about the decisions you make around printing, specifically about paper choices and edits for print (e.g. how much do you lighten an image to go from screen to paper). The samples you showed here seemed to be on a more textured paper then the print of yours I have on my wall (Cascade). I'm fine tuning my own print process (also POD) and struggling with getting the image right for that paper choices. I use a giclee process and the quality is amazing, but the paper is warm and requires more attention to image brightness than say standard photo paper. Cheers. David

    Hello Adrian, (in Spanish) como maquetas los libros , como ordenas las fotos en tus libros, que imágenes van en las primeras hoas y que imágenes van en las últimas, te inspiras en otros libros de fotografía de otros fotógrafos, apuesto por lo sencillo?, los textos, incluyes/no incluyes? Estoy apunto de empezar mi primer album de fotografía y hay aspectos que no tengo claro. Si pudieras ayudarme brevemente te lo agradecería.

    How many TB do you have in the cloud now? I hear 10 TB become very expensive!
