I've used a clay bar on 3 vehicles, and they all took me some time. I recently seen a video you did with Chelsea at Attention 2 Details some time ago where you two detailed a car together and used the clay towel and iron remover. I ordered them and what a difference in time it takes per vehicle. So much quicker and with no effort. Will be trying more of your products in the future.
I’ve learned So much from you guys i always now do foam rinse foam . Contact . Drying aid and towel dry . The drying aid it definitely a game changer make it so easy to dry compared to not using it . Thanks
I bought a new Tesla model 3 black and want to use your 5 year ceramic kit. Here's the process I'm thinking based on your's and pan's videos. 1. Rinseless wash 2. Iron remover w/clay towel 3. Gold standard polish the car with yellow waffle pad 4. Panel prep spray. 5. Apply ceramic coating. Question: Do I need to use an acidic wash (like carpro descale) to breakdown the existing finishes after using rinseless wash (step 1).
Is this soap used for the contact still incredible suds? When dunking the clay mitt towel once all sides used, does it have to be the rinseless that it gets dunked in?
I maintain 3 of those corvettes and i agree with Yvan, the designer of the taillights and really the whole rear section was not considering us detailers 😂 same with the nose...
Since there is no slope on the floor, you may want to install canals, drains that lead to the main drain . That way some liquid will already fall into it naturally and the rest would be easier , faster to squeegee inside those drains ...
What’s better? Foam-Rinse-Foam method? Or Rinseless wash-Rinse-Rinseless wash method ? Or are they about the same and it depends if you like foam or not? I don’t have a pressure washer or foam cannon built for pressure washer. I do have a foam cannon but it attaches to my regular hose
If the front has ppf, would you still use the iron remover on the ppf, and are products safe on ppf, like all clean and ceramic coating? Thank you for your content!
Always great content! Silly question from me though: what shows do you wear and are they water proof? We have a wash mat in our shop and looking for comfy waterproof/resistant shoes
@@diydetailofficial Thank you. I love watching your videos. I haven't bought any products yet, but I am. Trying to burn through some of the products I have. But I am getting that decontamination cloth, and some All Clean immediately.
Are you able to use the decontamination towel with just the soap ?? Also the yellow foam pad and gold class will they be able to revive lightly faded paint ?? Ty
Thank you for another helpful video. I don’t have a foam cannon but I do have an IK9 foamer. How much incredible suds do you recommend I put in my IK9 when foaming?
@@diydetailofficial thank for the reply. I love your videos and I’m planning to pick up quite a few items. I was curious about the wash/contact stage. Like should I pick up the Car Mitt or Sponge or both? When should I use one or the other?
Great post guys! I got the Ist as a dry aid without adding protection. Wrong move? Lol, it's available so my thought process is why ass 6 months protection every time.
I meant Mist lol. Sorry for the typo. Thanks again guys. These coatings stand up, and I'm more of the school of, do the enhancement every few months when you do the docon wash/real maintenance wash etc. A little embarrased of the typo.
I see Ivan doesn’t “scrub” the microfiber in the bucket , just a quick dip similar to the legacy sponge into the rinseless wash. Does incredible suds release the dirt and contaminates from the microfiber media into incredible suds immediate just like the legacy sponge and rinseless combo does? I feel like I might be wasting so much time “scrubbing” my microfiber pad in the bucket on the grit guard if it’s not needed!
Hi, I'm new to to using your products. I just imported Quick Beads since it's not available in my country yet. Wanting to buy ceramic gloss too, I was wondering if I can apply Ceramic Gloss after Quick Beads. Is that even possible?
I have a 2019 nissan murano sv awd the color is black i have swirl marks and i have polisher but i am new to detail what would be your advice to correct my paint
Sometimes when I clean the wheels with all the steps, (all clean, green brush, and small brush for the lugs) there is still some dirt film left over on the rims. It rubs off when i rub it off with my finger. Is this an error on my part? Or should i go back and wash again
This happens to me also alot. I foam on all clean on wheels and tires and scrub with tire brush and green brush and still have brown dirty tires and wheels. Not sure what im doing wrong.
It's with those corvette that I said to myself, ok no paint is perfect. During covid at the dealership i was working at they had those corvette with a crazy markup. One of them had that same spoiler wich is probably in a 🤑🤑🤑 package. Well that spoiler had dust in the paint. Even at 130 000can at that time you could even have "perfect paint"
Are you doing incredible suds instead of Rinseless because that’s what the viewers want or because it’s better than rinseless? I believe Ivan is the one who normally says rinseless is better period. Also I’m not saying your wrong to do the foam if just for the viewers/fun. I just want to make sure I know what’s best.
Hi, why don`t you just pre-spray with rinseless, like you did always before, before strting selling Incredible suds? Did you feel forced to use foam by public to get more views and sell more products?
Yvan is like the Detail Dad we all needed growing up. Love it.
Thank you.
Now THAT is a beautiful car!!!
Thanks for loaning it to us!

No need for that, it won’t break down anything. Add step 2.5, DIY Detail Water Spot Remover
@@diydetailofficial epic thanks

Any advantages to "stacking" Mist over Ceramic Gloss or Quick Beads?
Not really

Thank you for another helpful video. I don’t have a foam cannon but I do have an IK9 foamer. How much incredible suds do you recommend I put in my IK9 when foaming?
1oz to 1 gallon of water
Which foam cannon is that? And are you all connected to a pressure washer?
It’s à kranzle pressure washer with a generic foam cannon
When do you choose suds over rinseless?
When we want to have fun with foam.

What is the more recommended product, the car mitt or sponge? Or do they serve different purposes

With the foam rinse foam method, you can ignore the scrubbing.
Is your dry towels and microfiber towels all 70/30 blend ?
Yes 70/30 made in South Korea.
Hi, I'm new to to using your products. I just imported Quick Beads since it's not available in my country yet. Wanting to buy ceramic gloss too, I was wondering if I can apply Ceramic Gloss after Quick Beads. Is that even possible?

Can you do the chemical decon technique without a synthetic clay towel and just a regular MF towel?
No, mechanical decontamination is required.
