I'll choose enduro, even though I could do with trail - I'm going for more suspension just because I can 😂 And I've been riding 140 mm for so long I want to be on the plush side 😊
Full power, I don't care what motor I get. I'm more interested in the rest of the bike. But I have chosen to pick up a Canyon Torque:On this summer so I suppose I've chosen Shimano 🤣
Ok and in bike vault/volt that Hibike was nice because it matched the bike park sign! Rear triangle had the green and the HiBike name had the cream in the sign! So it is about the environment!
I’m curious if your LT has the new 801. I’m thinking that may make it almost as fast as the Bosch, and having an extra 10 mil of travel on the back maybe very appealing. I am currently riding a Crestline Rh4 with the 457 mm rear chain stays. I love this bike but keep wishing it was a little shorter in the back end. I am definitely considering the pivot AM however, I think 148 is not enough travel for me, which is pushing me towards the long travel But then how much power will I get from that Shimano.
i dont would any bike with EP8 instead of EP6 Or 801. The Brain in the 801 and Autoshift in roling areas is so much more fun to ride... EP8 isnt outdated i fact of power and eff. But in terms to connect in future.
@@garyfuller6553my LT is the original 800. I personally cannot tell the difference between the 2 Shimano motors tbh. (And wont be using autoshift) The major difference between bikes is the lighter weight of the front end and possibly a little more grunt from the motor on the AM if I set it up that way. I can pedal the bike easier after 20 as well. Probably the fastest bike of all 3 at bike parks is the SL, as you can easily push past the 20mph mark. I have all 3 bikes from Pivot and know them all very well. Location/terrain plays the biggest part in your choice. My AM would be my choice if I could only own one.
so sad I didn't meet you in Finale.. still I was lucky enough to meet Rich in Melogno in October :))) For that climb on Roller Coaster some downcountry bike will work. And for the whole trail actually ;))
My kenevo comp, SLX brakes and XT drivetrain, cost a good bit less than the entry level pivot switchblade (not an ebike), and basically same trim level (if not even a bit better on my Kenevo). Pivot makes beautiful bikes, but, man, you pay dearly for them.
The same reason Lamborghini’s are so expensive- because someone is willing to pay it. Good for them! I just hope they pass on the $$$ to their employees
I would not spend over 3,5k on a ''high performance'' ebike when I can have better specs for 3,5k. Carbon frame for 700€, motor 700€, battery 1000€, brakes, suspension, transmission 1000€... Total 3400€
Trail or Enduro. Bosch Or Shimano - which are you choosing? 🤔 Let us know 👇
Nope not choosing any Pivot for those insane prices. Much better value from YT/Canyon for similar spec but nearly half the price.
I'll choose enduro, even though I could do with trail - I'm going for more suspension just because I can 😂 And I've been riding 140 mm for so long I want to be on the plush side 😊
Well Bosch's emtb mode is a win, but both are pricing me out. I mean which do you prefer, the Bosch clunk or the Shimano rattle? 😉

Shimano, its 300g lighter and more efficient. I Hope Bosch will come out with something in this Range. This Prices are rediculous.
Crazy prices, the fun ends somewhere
Thank you very much for everything!!! Nice to have you in the shop!!! Hope to see you again for a ride together!!! 🙏
The Pivot Shuttle SL. 5" of rear travel is plenty. Not competing in Enduro races. Bought the Orbea Rise M10 though, to avoid the $3,000 Pivot tax.
Pivot is too overpriced.
Agreed your paying for the badge, think they will struggle in the future unless they become more competitive price wise 👍
Totally agree you can get a cubestereo hybrid action team top spec for 4399 miles better value
Sexy cube stereo hybrid ! Nice shot !
That picture of the Cube is awesome🎉
Great punchy show guys, love it.
Thanks for watching!
Can we have a few videos with some with Ebikes that 'we, the average people'can possibly afford.
Why the need to always advertise high priced bikes
They have done some good adventures on cheaper bikes they went Scotland on a giant that was 3500 grand
@@roylaw7765 3500 grand = 3.5 million.

If Exmoor is a forgotten corner perhaps Steve could pop down for a ride to remind everyone? I'll show him the sights 👍
I have a Pivot mach 6 & it's awesome, love it to bits, & Pivot are great looking bikes but these nutty prices are just ridiculous !
Anna is awesome! Great addition to the show!
Cool places and bike vault in the same vid, that's got to be worth a tee shirt? 😉
11:48 & 16:43 that’s just greedy 😂👏👏👏🤯🤯🤯
Nice cube stereo (I assume that’s your bike?) I’m nr Exmoor & ride a cube hbrid160 - Is the woodland Hopcott ? I recognise it ??
Henceforth Bike Vault shall be known as Bike Volt!
I like my LT for friends and fun, I love the AM for the speed.

@@garyfuller6553 unfortunately the LT comes with the EP8 and not the EP801

Great show guys thanks 🎉🤘
Glad you enjoyed it!
I love the way Anna is doing bike stuff in the house, a modern babe
That's OK. I could not tell the difference anyway.
As for the two shuttles, I'll stick to my Haibike ednur 7.
Every bit of bike footage shows this guy popping a mono 😂😂
He loves it!

I really don’t understand why Pivots are so expensive?🤦🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️ do they have gold lined frames or something?😂
its there decission to take that what some idiots are willing to pay.
The same reason Lamborghini’s are so expensive- because someone is willing to pay it. Good for them! I just hope they pass on the $$$ to their employees
Get a room you two! Lol 😂
Haha we need to get you a hairbrush Steve
They are nice but too pricey. I wonder how they compare to the Yamaha bikes? Very interested in learning more about the Yamaha bikes.
You should use a horn with a battery in it!
Well done Anna, up staged Steve on his own show LOL
14000 Euros wow way too much! i would be a fool unless im rich
If it's 801 might consider it but EP8 is just the worst motor choice being the weakest with smallest range.
It's now got to the stage where the prices are said without even a slight blink of the eyes. Ridiculous.
Prices are bonkers , no wonder so many bike cos go bust .
12k pounds!

Strip the bikes down to its component parts and justify the ridiculous prices, I can buy a BMW 1250 gs for that!!!!
