Your video was so helpful and couldn't have done my brothers mx5 without your knowledge. Managed to only snap 2 bolts both sides using gt85 then wire brushing. I had no idea how to get the last bolt that is hidden holding the front r arch to bumper. You sir are a legend. I love mx5s but not as much as rust does 😂😂😂
Great job. I wish mine looked like that. That Facebook link is broken. I'd have liked to have seen how you managed the rusty bolts cos I'm sure I'll have a few too. Left handed drill bit?
yeah car spar is down at the mo for renovations. ill be honest a lot of curse words were used...... i eventually managed to get a grinder up there, pretty sketchy though
Really helpful video. Love the lights on the side. Do you have a link for the larger hexagon lights on the walls and the yellow lights on the back wall ?
thank you, the yellow lights in the background are actually custom made wooden shelves, and the hexagon lights at the side are also custom made, sorry I couldn't help any more
Sorry i was late 😂 and yeah very annoying, i can remember years ago getting frustrated with this hidden bolt so just took an angle grinder to it and then found the bolt 🤣
Repeater!? I didn't notice an American accent.... Awesome video! Question though, when doing the paint correction, was there a reason for the tape and working half and half? Or was it for the contrast difference for before and after?

How to drill out snapped nuts on bottom of the sill? Is there any tutorial for this kind of situation? 😆
they snap far too often. maybe this is a video for the future
And the issue is its hard to get a drill on it unless you have car on a high ramp.
Great work.
Thanks Richard 😊
You have got a nice place there =)

Repeater for my American fans 😉
tape was for contrast to see how bad the paint was before, plus it looked cool
