Sandi Lam won the contest; it is a pretty accepted fact that Dimash should have won, but a Chinese person had to win the Chinese contest; this being said, Sandy Lam is very very good and you should listen to some of her songs also. Dimash came out the overall winner because this launched his career outside of Kazakhstan and he became famous in China because of this competition!
This isn't the finals. It is EPISODE 13 where he does a duet tribute with Laure Shang. This was the 3rd time Dimash pllayed one of the 7 instruments he can play during Singer 2017. After the competition was over Dimash signed with the record company that Laure was with. After this episode there was one more where Dimash sang his final song that year titled Give Me Love.
