I got so used to exploding the walls in Valhalla with the bow that I basically never solved the puzzles, I’m enjoying actually figuring them out in Mirage, much more satisfying
The way they handled the gadgets and skills is unlike any assassins creed game we’ve had before. It’s very refreshing and there are so many tool skills to mix and match the possibilities are incredible. They need to apply this template to further games and even enhance upon it too.
dont know if anyone else uses this trick but using photo mode to look around corners/over ceilings etc has helped me out numerous times in Valhalla, origins and odyssey

A barred door can be opened by throwing a burning vase on it. The Shakirriyya guard can be quickly destroyed by 3 times parry+kick. His stamina is gone then and you can kill him easily.
Yeah I think I'll keep solving those puzzles. Initially went for the leathal trap. But leathal is quite a stretch, as even Archers on normal difficulty lose only half of their HP and get back up immidiatly. So it's actually useless in stealth.
@@emmaelstad341 I think throwing it at existing corpses to destroy them counts as a trick that wouldn't be immediately clear from the skill description, at least.
Yeah I tagged you in one of your last videos explaining the knife stealth trick and leaving a link in which you could see it in action for demonstration but glad Quinton figured it out too
Another trick for Assassin's Focus if you don't want to get allied and just throw a smoke bomb wherever you're trying to assassinate them if you can and then assassinate the ones that you can but through the smoke bomb on the ones that you don't want to kill with Focus and then you can just run in there and assassinate them
I love Assassin's Creed, I have bought and played every game since AC1...that said I just can't get excited about Mirage for some reason. I still haven't gotten it...maybe I'll wait for a sale or maybe I'll skip it. I want to be excited but meh.

They need to fix the dissolved bodies though, because enemies will still notice them and enter an alerted/stressed state, just not actively search for you. So a small bug, but a bug nonetheless

I have to keep watching your AC content, Jor, because this game actually pisses me off more than any other AC title. I know I am not the greatest player but the way the AI enemies and guards in this game are able to seemingly always detect me and beat me in a fight is so aggravating. It’s so random and doesn’t seem to matter what cover I have or what distance away I am. It’s very frustrating when I try planning routes or complete the “do not be detected” contracts. I am already/only 60 hours in this game and I think I’ve already exhausted its fun factor for me 😒
@@m.r4841 Not at all. Parkour was never useful or convenient. Stealth was nonexistent. Combat is Origins but with inflated health pools that are a chore to deal with. It improves nothing.
