Hi Juditty I have previously bought your fantastic watercolor pack which I love😍. Now I tried again to download the package from Etsy but what I get is only the 3 canvases Rough - coldpressed - mixed? What can I do?
Hello! I would try to delete the previous file first and then try downloading again. This seems to happen when there is another file with the same name. My other customer was able to get the fourth canvas after downloading for the 2nd time. Please let me know if it works out! Also, did you purchase through Etsy?
@@JudittyArt very strange - i have deleted everything and tried again.....but i only get 3 canvas. Yes, I see I bought the package from Etsy on July 6, 2023.❤
