I love the V2 pro Vestar. Its cheap reliable and performs as higher end board. I rode the Flex today and there is a lot of good but also bad. I am working on review this week. I have to let Exway know to rectify these issues to make it GREAT again!

I am not sure....right now am i working on reviewing the Flex. From looking at the Boundmotor board I really like the design and the board looks really good and has a lot to offer for only 1k price tag. I will start riding/testing and making the video next week right after the Flex. I saw the Black carve and I like more the Boundmotor. The carbon fiber deck is so well done. Recently got a rs with 19.2a battery. Only been on a couple rides, total 7.5 miles and battery is at 4/5. So far very happy with it. Have 120 cloud wheels.

Verreal RS definitively!!! Vic is coming with OffRoad set up in the next following weeks. You can also upgrade with Evolve AT if you don't want to wait. Customer service on Verreal side is 100% better. I ordered parts from Wowgo and got them after 2 months. Not much response from Wowgo team...They had relied right before I received the product. Verreal products were received in less than 10 days. I always get quick follow up from VIC if there are any delays or issues. Also you can get a better price if you use affiliate link in the video review.

Why do you think it’s better, leaving price aside. Looks like that GTR has more torque, better enclosure, more customization, no? I just do not want to be disappointed if I’d go with RS instead of GTR. Also I heard that bolts that hold enclosure gets quite a bit of stress and might not hold up, have you noticed any issues with that?
@@luknei I have not had issues but that can be upgraded easily. I have seen to many people getting hurt by ridding evolve. I would never ride one even for free. I have a carbon GT and ai sold it. Worst board I ever own. The carbon beck is great and that's the only part that is cool there. Evolve = not safe!

I know the evolve GT had problems but the GTR is well tuned and Evolve USA service is on point. I had my Verreal F1 that after 5 months the battery got smoked because the battery rubbed on Verreal's dumb aluminum enclosure. I contacted Verreal and its a one man show over there emails that get answered 3 weeks later. It was a constant asking of the same questions and taking pictures and then no response and never getting resolved. So you get what you pay for a budget board and no one to stand behind it.

I am about to put on the Cloud Wheels 105mm and I got the larger pulleys as well. I forget off the top of my head which size I got. Does 40t sound right? Anyway.... my question for you because you are so technically savvy is this. I saw on your review of the Bound Motor board that you did, you were talking about making the board faster and more powerful. Is there any way that I can do that with the Verreal RS? It’s just a little bit to slow for my taste. I live in a very hilly area and it could definitely use more power. Please let me know what you think. And if your answer is no, what board should I get that is similar in rude characteristics to the RS that has more torque and top speed? Thanks SO much for your help.
You have three options: 1. Change for a vesc esc and set it for more power - cheapest option. You will have more power and torque but you may loose range. 2. Change the esc and the battery for 12S - best cheapest option to get EOVAN esc and battery. Use the code I placed in the description box to get better lower price. You may need to change the enclosure to fit the battery. Eovan uses the same exact motor so you don't need to adjust esc settings. Eovan board has so much more power and torque VS Verreal. 3. Sell the Verreal and purchase Eovan Carbon. I ride this board since I reviewed it and it is my favorite board, I get 34 miles in range with clouds 120D wheels. I hope this helps.
I think that the RS do 27mph top speed not 24mph. And it's now shipping with OLEd remote, also a 14ah. Battery and they working on a 19Ah. One. Great review first time here and you have a new sub.

Thank you for your video. About the Verreal RS I think it's a huge cheap issue that they use a completely stiff deck, however if they would supply pulleys for abec one can use soft 107 mm to compensate. Is the smallest battery ok in terms of range or just not good enough? Thank you
Was going to pick up the Flex With hub drive but now torn between the Flex and the RS. I have pretty large feet so a wider deck is pretty important. I also want good top speed minus speed wobbles :) Hub drive is pretty important as well. What deck is wider Flex or RS? Any input would be great.
Damn, I thought I was pretty sure I wanted to buy the Flex but that Verreal looks great. I was just wondering how the power compares. Flex states 750 watts rated power per motor with 1500 watts max power per motor. The Verreal states 1500 watts but doesn't mention rated or max. What do you think? Also I usually prefer a flexy deck but weigh 90 kg's. Do you think I might enjoy the Verreal better perhaps?Thanks!!
Hello, since you know so much I would like to ask some more questions, I have an Evolve Bamboo GT with cloud wheels which I think works really well. I am interested in buying the 105 mm rubber wheels. Do you think that would be good for comfort and grip? Less range? Also when you buy different pulleys and different teeth is the distance to the motors the same? Stupid question maybe but Evolve sells different types of pulleys and belts(32T and 38T) but not sure how that translates to other boards and motors? Hope you understand what I mean. Thanks
bigger pulley will give you more torque (pulley on the wheels) less speed, more range. I also ride clouds and I love them. Best wheels. I will review in 1 week the new clouds 125mm and 105mm. I suggest waiting for the review and maybe if it turns out better getting the new 105mm.

I like Verreal RS and Flex but I just installed the clouds on RS and ohhh man this board is AWESOME! I am editing the video now. I also get a lot of range with RS even in the cold. Ownboard has bad customer service! stay away from them.

I think verreal pulley should fit Abec wheels but I have tried this swap. The cloud wheels i think are better than Abec 11. Email Verreal and see if they can confirm 100% for you.

I currently own a meepo hub motor e board with an upgraded bamboo fiberglass flexibility deck. After riding for only a few kilometers my feet start to get fatigued from the hard pu vibrations. Im thinking about upgrading to this Verreal RS but im concerned about vibrations from the stiff 9 ply plywood deck. Can you give me an idea how smooth the RS is with those double king pin trucks and soft wheels. Thank you.
Verreal is really smooth. The wheels are the softest I have ridden so far but they still have a good grip. The acceleration is really powerful and the brakes are super well tuned. I like it more than Flex.

I really like the Vestar pro 2 with Night furry battery. is the one I was ridding while carrying the Verreal RS. that is on the $500 level. At $800 I would buy the Verreal and add cloud wheels for rough terrain....for the city the stock wheels are amazing.
@@cramdangle ownboard is the worst. No customer service. I ordered the cloud wheels kit with pulleys and after one month nothing received and no follow up front ownboard.com. I would not buy from them anymore and I may open credit card dispute if the items dont arrive. Verreal RS is the best for $650 now.
Verreal is selling 40T drive pulleys for ABEC wheel cores.. Anybody know what belt size should be used with that drive pulley? It comes stock with 260-5m-15mm belts (36T drive pulley). I believe each tooth of a 5M belt is 5mm.. There's 4 extra teeth (40t insted of 36t) on the ABEC pulley so should I snag a 280-5m-15mm belt? (4x5 = 20mm). Or something slightly longer like 285mm?
Has anyone deck swapped the Exway Flex Riot for something flatter, without those wheel flares? It's an awesome board but damn those flares suck if you're tall with size 12 vans.
Its not limited but poorly set up in the bldc tool. Needs adjustments. I am waiting for marketing team to respond. Full review coming. Charging needs improvement also. The board has new software improvement over the older model.

@@陆安文 I already have direct drive from elofty on my DIY board. It's perfect for beginners to intermediate / advance riders. I have not tried a belt drive before so I can't compare exactly. I'm currently planning on a 4wd direct drive build for more torque!
Jason Huxley yeah I changed it to 53A. It’s a little faster but still can’t climb steep hills. Mild hills and parking structures are fine though. Is there another setting to improve torque for hills?

@@akselharm2046 if you mean speed off the line, then slight. Breaking is also affected. But fishtailng through sand patches is handled better as well as large cracks and transitioning sidewalk to street. Also uphill, zero issue or loss of power

the battery is really good. U can get close to 20 miles in range.
Was going to pick up the Flex With hub drive but now torn between the Flex and the RS. I have pretty large feet so a wider deck is pretty important. I also want good top speed minus speed wobbles :) Hub drive is pretty important as well. What deck is wider Flex or RS? Any input would be great.
If you want wide stand than I would go for Boundmotors D1. better than other options. Next will be the Flex as option to choose.

verreal rs will have more power and range. I think Verreal is for range and flex for portability.

yes definitively you can also mount 6" trampa tires. You may need to get a spacer.

i'm not sure but I was able to connect vestar remote (which is the same esc as Verreal) with Verreal board so it may work.
I stopped myself getting flipsky esc after hearing all of their faulty fsesc systems. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Whats the best board for a first buyer? 500-800$ range. Have skated for 6+ years so i can stand on a skateboard but whats the best for it’s value? Want one that can climb hills and has okay range. Preferably belt but im up for anything
I really like the Vestar pro 2 with Night furry battery. is the one I was ridding while carrying the Verreal RS. that is on the $500 level. At $800 I would buy the Verreal and add cloud wheels for rough terrain....for the city the stock wheels are amazing.

If I were to buy any board right now it would probably be the ownboard bamboo gt or a boundmotor direct drive
@@cramdangle ownboard is the worst. No customer service. I ordered the cloud wheels kit with pulleys and after one month nothing received and no follow up front ownboard.com. I would not buy from them anymore and I may open credit card dispute if the items dont arrive. Verreal RS is the best for $650 now.
Boundmotor is awesome but is 1k so that I need to test and review right after the exway flex.
Vanpro on Amazon makes a pulley conversion kit that fits the RS perfect switching it to ABEC style and ability to run 110s, keeping original belt.

Verreal is selling 40T drive pulleys for ABEC wheel cores.. Anybody know what belt size should be used with that drive pulley? It comes stock with 260-5m-15mm belts (36T drive pulley).
I believe each tooth of a 5M belt is 5mm.. There's 4 extra teeth (40t insted of 36t) on the ABEC pulley so should I snag a 280-5m-15mm belt? (4x5 = 20mm). Or something slightly longer like 285mm?
Why dont you email Verreal and get the exact belt size?
Is Bluetooth not an option on their esc?

Has anyone deck swapped the Exway Flex Riot for something flatter, without those wheel flares? It's an awesome board but damn those flares suck if you're tall with size 12 vans.

Its not limited but poorly set up in the bldc tool. Needs adjustments. I am waiting for marketing team to respond. Full review coming. Charging needs improvement also. The board has new software improvement over the older model.

I am finishing up the review for Exway Flex board. There are hidden features that I found so hopefully I am done but this Friday. Bound motors is next. I cant wait to ride it!!!!

@@陆安文 I already have direct drive from elofty on my DIY board. It's perfect for beginners to intermediate / advance riders. I have not tried a belt drive before so I can't compare exactly. I'm currently planning on a 4wd direct drive build for more torque!

flex for portability and verrel RS for long range.
I have the bound direct drive kit with those rubber wheels. It’s so smooth but acceleration is slow.

Jason Huxley yeah I changed it to 53A. It’s a little faster but still can’t climb steep hills. Mild hills and parking structures are fine though. Is there another setting to improve torque for hills?
What battery configuration do you have ? And what ESC ? Did you manage to improve it in between ?

You can ad 100mm or 120mm wheels and get more speed.
I have the RS running SR 110 78a Rough Stuff and get 24-25 easy, and I weight 230lbs

@@akselharm2046 if you mean speed off the line, then slight. Breaking is also affected. But fishtailng through sand patches is handled better as well as large cracks and transitioning sidewalk to street. Also uphill, zero issue or loss of power

All of these board next to boosted will look as if not better than boosted. All have more range and better top speed.
Needs to be water resistant
I would not ride in rain. These boards can handle light rain.

My custom G3X and G4X are way more powerful and offer more range than Pantera!
