  • lifedrawing.ac... - Howe to Draw Hands is one of the most difficult topics of life drawing. Every figurative artist comes up with a question about how to draw hands. Hands are often present in portraits, and knowing how to draw them realistically is very important for an artist. There is only one way to achieve good results in drawing hands-by knowing the hand’s construction. Otherwise, you would have to draw what you see, and this easily results in mistakes. A human hand has muscles, but only on the palm side. Fingers, however, don’t have muscles at all. The bones of fingers are moved by long tendons. Nothing here is hidden by thick muscles. That is why the knowledge of hand construction is very important for a fine artist.
At Life Drawing Academy, you can learn how to draw portraits and figures from life, memory and imagination. In this course, you will discover three different classical canons of proportions as well as how to draw portraits and figures step-by-step, starting from a blank sheet of paper and finishing with fully rendered artworks.
The best thing about this academy is that it offers personal tutoring by professional artists and art teachers. Today, this is the only course in the world where you can get one-to-one art tutoring and get high quality art education in the comfort of your home. This is the only place where a drawing curriculum will be designed just for you, according to your individual level of art skills and needs. No art college would ever offer the same service. Such personal tutoring is provided in the Life Drawing Academy Correspondence Course. What makes this course unique is that nowhere else would you get unlimited lifetime tutoring for a one-time low fee - lifedrawing.ac...

Amazing! It’s good to see the entire drawing process rather than just the finished product.

whats the difference between outline and contour??

Outline is a visible outer line, usually just one per object. Contour is a virtual cross-section line as if you slice an object with some imaginary plain. There are indefinite contours per objet.

I mean it s all nice and stuff but too much expensive. I know that you propose just the cream of the cream but why spending so much money when i can just buy some books and learn what you propose by myself?

Have you ever met a highly skilled and professional artist who learned drawing by reading books?

@@DrawingArtAcademy no, this is because to have good information and a good basic education it is necessary to pay and have the opinion of someone more experienced, but what I can learn from you I can easily assimilate through other sources at an infinitely lower price. On the other hand, we live in the age of information, where information and opportunities to learn are not lacking. I've seen many experts who are worth as much as yours, yet their courses don't cost $ 9,000. The funny thing is that I don't have to pay that much for things like materials, stands, upkeep of the structure, etc. but for fucking videos. How can I not feel fooled, explain it to me? why throwing so much money away to learn the same things a $ 50 book or college professor can show me? I'm sorry but it doesn't make any sense to me.

@@DrawingArtAcademy i ll correct myself, you need both teachers and books to study and improve(do i really have to remind you where your experts take the informations they teach from?) So yes, i know lot of highly skilled and talented artists who learned drawing from books :)
