Luís Paulo Silva dos Santos that is an interesting observation! And I can tend to agree! I think he probably feels honored to have been asked to perform for such a big league band like ACDC (not to say Guns isnt), but the body of work of ACDC is much better. Guns put out one great, historic album and then changed it all up for some reason. 3 albums ever? So Axl getting “called up” to the big leagues probably made him not want to let anyone down.
Luís Paulo Silva dos Santos he enjoyed himself without the worry of the business end. He really liked working for Angus. Also, the voice requirements are more consistent, don’t you think? He did an f’n awesome job for sure! He wouldn’t work harder for another band than his own, think about it. Hope you are well. P.S. Damn he finished off well there!!!
I think he felt pressure to perform at his best for ACDC but in 2016 he sounded amazing for GNR too. I think its more axl can hit the notes easier for acdc than he can himself in his younger days .
I know Axl with AC/DC isn't everyone's cup of tea, but the studio-level notes he was able to hit in this song and "Thunderstruck" is extremely impressive.
He tries so much harder with acdc. I thought his rasp was just going with age but it’s the same shit it was in 01-02 and 2011-2015 he’s just being lazy 06-2010 was amazing just like this
@@bigtommy9715 I don't think lazy is the word. i think He's using his rasp voice on ACDC because he don't want brian or his fans to be disappointed at what ACDC has become.
Wow, he actually hits the fucking high notes. Something Brian Johnson hasn't been able to do for ages. I have to give Axl credit, he's killing it with AC/DC. Anyone who says otherwise is just salty.
@@stopbunsen acho que é a música mais difícil do ACDC né, porque there was a time e Irs são bem mais difíceis de cantar, tanto que em irs o Axl nunca conseguiu atingir aquele agudo no final igual no álbum, ja em there was a time ele ja conseguiu, escuta essas 2 músicas depois pra você ver
Still can't believe this actually happened! A match made in heaven. I'm torn between being happy Brian is back, and wishing we got to hear Axl in the studio with AC⚡DC
First was bummed Brian was out, then thoroughly impresses with Axl, what a treat. As good or higher notes than old Brian. Would have loved to hear Axls young voice on this.
I honestly like Axl's rendition of Hell's Bell's and For Those About Rock better than the originals. Which it goes without saying were both epic to begin with.
I was shocked when I heard Brian Johnson left the band, and that Axl Rose was joining. Skeptical that Axl was even going to be able to pull it off. I am glad I was proven dead fucking wrong. Axl killed it.
Not better than the original, but satisfying to hear live. I love Brian, but he sacrificed his range when he didn't need to and never really lived up to his own expectations as far as BIB. His best tour was FTATR where he had the whole package
I was there, a new era in acdc has come,....the next acdc album will be huge. ..axl was amazing, like it was his dream gig.....right now he is the hardest working rock n roll star..2 super world tours at the same time
The thing about Axl is he's singing with the power and range at like 50 that Brian only had on the record and never pulled off live even during his prime in 80
Axl Rose is A Rock God! His voice is amazing! Remember this folks, he is making Rock & Roll history! He will be alive forever, like Led Zep many years from now! Rock on Axl! 🙌
My dear Angus i grow up with your songs ... I will take life route with thunderstruck and my love for rock will be hard as a rock and at the end of my life i need Hells bells to go with style .... Much love...my rock and roll brothers
Not bad for a resumé...Lead singer of '80's juggernaut Guns n Roses,a twenty year odd hiatus then Lead Singer of AC/DC,a multi-decade behemoth...quite a life.
He worked on that Chinese Democracy thing for like 10 years while the other guys did Velvet Revolver so not a 20 year hiatus still I know what you mean and agree it's good he can still pull off those notes.
I been to 5 ac/dc concert's with Brian singing. And i been to one with Axl Singing. And trust me Axl sing's and get's the sing's good better then Brian. I was happy that they did the tour again with Axl and performed near my area. And i had fun singing them. And the next day i had to work. And trust me the boss. And manager thought i was pissed. Cause i never said nothing. And my gf goes his voice is out. And they go u went to the concert. And i did the thumbs up.
Me encantas Axel Rose y me gustó tu participación en ACDC genial me gustó que cantaste con respeto a los fans y no copiaste no dejaste de ser el gran cantante que eres de GUN'S Roses muy bien por ti los qué no les gustó es su opinión
I'm very glad we got Brian, Cliff, and Phil back and we're again as close as we can be to the _Back in Black_ line-up. That said, I was so curious what an Axl-fronted AC/DC album would be like. This is the best he's sounded live in decades. Kind of a shame it never happened, but again, it's for the best that we got the Brian/Angus/Stevie/Cliff/Phil line-up back.
I remember GNR doing an AC/DC cover (Riff Raff) and I loved it, but people were commenting on the video that it was terrible, that please stay out of AC/DC.... I wonder how they feel now lol. Thanks for the video.
I saw guns n roses in 1988 when they were the opening band for Aerosmith. Now I'm going to Philly on 9/20/16 to see Ac/dc with axl rose. brings me back to the 80's a little bit. As for the singing, Axl is getting better at every show. Angus can still rock a guitar. Should appreciate that ac/dc may be done after this tour?

My dad had me growing up on rock music and I am super grateful because all this new music coming out is complete garbage. I grew up listening to Brian Johnson AC/DC and I knew that Axl took over but I never have heard him singing their songs, but damn he did a great job. However, in my opinion I prefer Brian Johnson because I think he did better and for the nostolgia to listening to rock after baseball practices/ games in my dads truck.
AC/DC has footage of Axl's greatest vocal performances in the last 20 years and they wont release it to us....
This! Bring this to GnR.
Axl is a huge fan of ACDC, because of this he seems motivated and pushing harder his voice, more than in GNR.
Luís Paulo Silva dos Santos that is an interesting observation! And I can tend to agree!

It's no use, AC DC's fans just hate him, but it's not my case. The fans should focus on good work he did here, not on his personal person.
I think he felt pressure to perform at his best for ACDC but in 2016 he sounded amazing for GNR too. I think its more axl can hit the notes easier for acdc than he can himself in his younger days .
My, oh, my! Axl's pulling off two huge bands at the same time! And, you know what? He does it oh so well! What a voice! Well done!
He's a fkn legend even hetfiekd couldn't do that
I know Axl with AC/DC isn't everyone's cup of tea, but the studio-level notes he was able to hit in this song and "Thunderstruck" is extremely impressive.
Axl’s voice is perfect for this band
I think I speak for EVERYONE: holy fucking shit, Axl absolutely owned AC/DC's songs. Legendary.
Axl actually killed it at this concert, I think he sounds better with ACDC than with GnR. and Angus doing his thing as usual

Axl sounds way better with AC/DC, I think he just saves his voice with GNR, I wish he would just let loose at a few shows on classic Guns songs..
Ha that's so true.

Axl has a legendary voice and talent! We are so lucky to still have him!
Angus lead guitar still gives me goosebumps after all these years, amazing!
Angus solo is just something different. And at this age.
Very fantastic.
The energy in this show...

Axl is an awesome singer with AC/DC.
Wow; Axl nailed it with perfection. Awesome job.
Axl absolutely nailed these gigs filling in for BJ. Legendary performance in all the shows he did to get them to the end of the tour.
Hard as hell to sing, he nailed it!
The thing about Axl is he's singing with the power and range at like 50 that Brian only had on the record and never pulled off live even during his prime in 80
That's one super hard song to sing, those notes are so high, but Axl kills it
I'm not a big Axl fan..but have to give him big props for stepping up and having the balls to help out and do a damn good job
Got to give it to Axl, he's absolutely killing it here.
I swear the way Axel sings hell bells freaking chills
Axl best frontman ever!
Yes sir I’m a fan of both GNRA and Ac/dc from Australia
Freddie?
BEAST!!!! Axl Rose is the shiiiiit!!!
axl's screaming was fuckin' amazing. this is true hard rock masterclass
A perfect fit for AC/DC. Axl should be there full time as well as with his own band. He's killing their tracks...
Axl said this song was the hardest to do, but he pulled it off like a champ!
A huge shutout to Australia for carrying this band trough so many decades. I've visited down under myself and they are fantastic.
I thought it couldnt be better than the european tour with the GNR tour between them, but Axl is in his finest form!
The Axl Rose revenge!
Awesome!
Totally awesome!
È perfetto per gli ACDC ragazzi

Axl ist der schlechteste Sänger schlechthin. Gekreiche von Kindern klingt besser🤢🤢😱

Axl shows his class. Doing a favor for one his favorite bands.

He never went to 20 years hiatus. Check his gigs from the 2006-2010 era. Even some of the early 2000's concerts are awesome.
He worked on that Chinese Democracy thing for like 10 years while the other guys did Velvet Revolver so not a 20 year hiatus still I know what you mean and agree it's good he can still pull off those notes.
GNR headlined loads of places in the 2000s well before Chinese Democracy dropped. Even when it was just Axl of the classic GNR they needed to tour.
Guste a quien le guste ,axl es el puto amo. No perdió la voz como tanto dicen.. el tipo jamás perdió su trono..
Yeah that's top notch on axl's part alone Big Time. I should've went to one of those shows.
