The middle man distributors act like they don't have to try. They act like they're doing US a favor by "letting us" buy. Can I rant about nail techs and aetheticians being allowed to buy pro color without a cosmetology license? What do I need one for, then? I did twice as much time in school. And quit selling "salon only" products on Amazon and acting like you csn't stop it from happening.
