This is one of the best demos I've seen. Guy did a great job of talking about the guitars and actually explaining the tonal capabilities rather than just playing in each position.
I've already decided that I want to get the Q54 for many months now, but this comprehensive review/demo makes me want it even more. Can't wait til the day I saved up enough money to get it.
I take it you've got it now. How are you finding the Q54..?
@@akjl01 Sadly no, I've yet to be able to purchase it. Living expenses and multiple setbacks has been strangling me financially. Don't even have the leeway to even get my RG professionally setup, ever since I've started playing it for about 4 years now. 😂
Finally a video that shows someone playing this guitar in a classical position! It really shocks me how the headless guitar design is meant to be more ergonomic and yet everyone still plays in that hunched over position. Great video!

wow, just wow. that's some seriously cool playing and a seriously cool sounding guitar that just happens to look a bit odd. Id love it if they made one with a headstock. How easy is it to drop D on a guitar like this?

bridge humbucker so far from bridge. therefore it sounds like ''brrr brrr brrr''.
I hadn’t picked up on that first view. Fortunately its tonal range is really wide. Maybe it’s a bit to glassy and cutting further back? My friend takes possesion this Sunday and we’ll compare the humbucker to My Gibson SG.. I can’t wait! 🎶
