I like the new format of the videos with job tours and shop talk. When it comes to helping people, I'm in the same boat. All I can say is that the good lord has blessed me with a work ethic and some skills so I just keep trying to do what I can to help people succeed at life. Most often I get the same results as you but over the last 29 years, a few have done well and I just hold onto that.

It’s ok to gasp for air ,,, I do it from 45 years of factory air , Retired from that garbage and work part time running a Zero Turn Mower for the company my Son works for . Being outside now is clearing the factory crap from my lungs so when I here myself gasp it lets me know they are still working 😂👍🏻,, Your move getting into paving has been a good one , Congratulations, keep moving forward,, from Connecticut 😎👍🍺🇺🇸

The sheeps foot aspect is a three-piece clamshell that bolts over the smooth drum
