  • This video covers the basic items that I got through after an op session: doing some minor clean-up, fixing any bad-order cars, and then terminating the session in JMRI Ops.

Great vid thank you for sharing. Having some order on a layout helps out quite a bit. I've just been exploring JMRI myself lately and that program is really cool. I've had a few switch lists produced after I added all my cars and locomotives. I've also had some test runs with these switch lists and they work great. Look forward to seeing more op sessions and updates in your channel. Take care and Happy Thanksgiving!! -Jason

That's really good to hear that you have had success using the JMRI switch lists. They definitely take some time to test out and make adjustments. Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving as well!

I loved XP.. after it would no longer be supported and I am not a techie guy.. and no memory left and no way to increase it..I bought the bullet and went with a new Win-10 model.. I hate it..anytime they say its so much easier..BS!!!!!!

Yep, I agree, it is an easy operating system to work with! It would have been nice to keep using it, but I really don't need any extra computer for the small layout anyway.
