Thanks now I’m going home to fix my rear brakes on my 2012 hayabusa. My brake locked on the bike when I was riding. Now I’m going to take it apart. Thanks for the video.
Nice job there pal. Hope the one that have been donated qork well for you. You deserve it pal. Keep up the good vids pal. Have a vood week end.
Thanks mate, I'm sure it'll be fine, ah thank you 😊 will do mate, hope you have a good weekend too! 😎👍
Hey mate slide a long screw driver in that groove inbetween the pistons as you pump them out. that way they all come out equally and you can see which ones are a little slow 👍
Thanks mate, I usually do similar 😎👍
Aye a fine line in my book between too much and not enough copper grease. When I had my ZX6R I kept talking about taking the calipers apart but never did... At least with new bike I should have less issues.
Yep so many different opinions of copper grease, I go with the less is more rule though 😂 hopefully you'll be alright, the main thing is keeping them clean and preventing bigger problems 😎👍
@@SixthGearMotorcycles Aye definitely especially using it all year round. Brake calipers and seals don't mix with grit and salt.
Please Please don’t use copper grease on brakes, go buy some mintex ceratec for 2.50 and use a small amount on piston and pins. After every brake pad change a good clean and re apply. Copper grease drys up and can actually make the brakes stick. 👍🏻👍🏻😎
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Gute Arbeit, Griz.
Thank you mate 😎👍
Mine cost a lot because I had new seals & they were fully serviced. I thought it was a quick job but it took the mechanic almost 2 hours. Well worth it though.
Not cheap to get it done in a garage mate. It would probably cost about £20 to £30 if you did it yourself.
@@SixthGearMotorcycles I think it was around £90 just for labour
@@EpicAdamMotovlogs wow I need a change of job! lol
You need No need to pump out the piston with fluid

Or

Thank you, that would be perfect but I can't afford it so will take care of it the way I said in the video 😎👍
@@SixthGearMotorcycles When you are rolling in dough again, a good modification is the Rectifier Relocation Bracket
