Ironically I'd ordered nearly all the PdM frags in 8ml decants when I ordered a few full bottles. As you started referring to Carlisle in some recent reviews, I kept going in and trying it again... to see if I might change my mind... but it is NOT one I'll be buying a full bottle of. It reminds me of the smell of an old ladies purse with a pack of Pall Mall cigarettes in it. Lol. Scent is so subjective. You've hit SO MANY home runs for me. But Carlisle is not one of them. Keep up with the great frag vids. I look forward to them!
Mulger eau croisiere is my favorite mugler. It is mango, passion fruit and I like fruits in summer, like Jo Malone blackberry and bay one. I will share a layering trick with the mugler, you have to put a base of alien fusion or similar down first to make it last. Great video! You are killing my wallet! Lol!

My husband reacts too, and he's exactly the same way. People always ask about love languages, and his dead last expression would definitely be words. He loves Alien, and At The Beach by BBW. Everything else (even Angel and Gold Coture) he ignores 😂 Alien is a special one, for sure.
I have and wear the first three perfumes you featured - Angel Muse, Alien and Coco. These are unique and gorgeous masterpieces. An honourable mention for me would be Lolita Lempicka. Out of curiosity if you had to pick the most unique of all what would you choose?
people like I think some of the normal designer brands are unique because many around our area don't wear such scents. but for the niche fragrance that were listed...thank you demi. means a lot, keep doin' what you do best. 💙✨
Layer Shay&blue salt caramel with angel muse 😈 a powdery Nutella dusted salted caramel treat 👌 I was wearing angelique noire last week and own black afgano & tauers lddm and grand soir 👑 they are so good. My favourite Mfks are oud satin mood and absolue pour le soir.
You have to try "Fueguia 1833" fragrances. It is an argentinian niche brand who make perfumes with native ingredients. They have lots of unique scents. I don´t know if fragrances are available around the world, but they have stores in NY and Milian, I think. By the way, awesome list.
Demi, if that's too cold for you then you might want to move to Southern California where it is almost always sunny and warm rather than New York. NY gets absolutely freezing for months every year.
I wear Alien the most of all my perfumes. I get a lot of compliments and it's fun to see people's faces when they ask what it's called. Haven't tried Angel Muse yet. Mugler is my favorite.
Hey Demi, have you ever compared Guerlain's Angelique Noire and Mancera's Velvet Vanilla side by side? I think they smell almost exactly the same, and when I looked on Fragrantica I saw that they both share at least five of their main notes.

Great choice with Grand Soir. Also my favorite MFK. Try layering it with Petit Matin. Incredible. Recommend you start your day with PM and hit the evening with GS...you’ll love it.
A funny story...i gave a girl at work Penhaligon Halfeti sample. After a few weeks we worked togheter and i smelled a very speciel scent. It was outstanding,it lasted all night and she had a trail after her for hours . But its not for all 🥰 ......Love your video 👍🏻

Hi Demi, Tauer's Marocaine is AWESOME ! But, PDMs hyped fragrances are not unique at all. If you want uniquness go for Amouage's Men : Jubilation / Reflection /Lyric / Beach Hut / Journey/ Memoir and if you are a hard core guy you can go for interlude, Myths, Overture , Bracken, Sunshine and the very hard to pull off Figment

I adore Coco. A classic and my winter fav now it is getting so cold here. It worries people at times that are close by, calling it a n" overpowering old lady scent!" ( I dose it very carefully too- just two light sprays), as they are rocking their gourmand celebrity scents .. he he :-D
Received my Carlisle sample few days back.... base on my amateur nose i smell a sweet vanilla predominantly in the opening and its gets little closer to Layton after Some time
Demi have you ever smelled Marc Jacobs Eau So Decadent? :) it's in my eyes (or to my nose haha) a very beautiful and unique smell! I really love it for Spring and Summer (especially after a storm !!)
I commend you with your choices. Sorry, but I completely disagree with Carlisle as 10/10 and being unisex. Although perfume opinions are subjective and we both share the same love with Guerlain Heritage (in my personal top 10 of all time), Carlisle didn’t wow me and I found it totally masculine. I owned 4 carded samples of this and had some full wearings. I even did a side by side test with Grand Soir last winter and spring. People around me chose Grand Soir (perfect 10 for me) over Carlisle as per which has the most pleasing and better smell (paper and skin). Again, everyone’s take is subjective definitely mine as well. I’m down with my last carded sample and sadly, wouldn’t be buying a bottle. I even prefer Herod 8.5/10 over Carlisle 7/10. LDDM by Tauer is a perfect 10. :)

I love the cold weather. Its very warm here in London. We could do a life swap just for one season. I could come to Perth & make fragrance videos & you could come to London & try to keep my wife happy while she saps all the life out of your soul.....Only joking, she's awesome fun. (I had to add that as she sometimes reads my comments). Carlisle & L'air du Desert Marocain are great choices btw

Stay away from Confessions of a Garden Gnome. . It's mine!!!! It's sharp, green and magical. But I can't get hold of it (UK) 😭😭😭😭😭. Samples only for now till I can find it here in Surrey (the Garden Gnomes happy place😁😁👍)
You should look at some of the fragrances from DS and Durga. I own two, one called 'Bitter Rose Broken Spear' and one called 'Pale Grey Mountain, Small Black Lake' :) I also own Fort and Manle 'Confessions of a Garden Gnome'. Guess I just like those fragrances with odd names.
For some reason I think Karma by Lush smells kinda similar to Alien. Not exactly the same but something in there smells like one of the notes in Alien to me.

I wear Angel Muse and I live in a very hot climate. It does not choke me out but people do always say I smell like a gourmet candle.

6 degrees celsius sounds like a dreamoh my god, here in minnesota at one point it was -45 degrees celsius or 60 below in fahrenheit .

Its actually recommended to refrigerate fragrances. The oils in a fragrance age slower when kept in a cold, dark place.
