给你一个建议,Frenching再腌 ,容易操作好多,用刀切走脚裸部分然后用小刀刮走多余的肉,这是最好的Frenching了,我在蓝带学的时候是这样。鸭肉拆下来还可以做ravioli了。

Hi Chris, thanks ! but I personally wouldn’t do that. Instead I will cook more legs and keep them in the freezer for future use :)
