Wii U on a CRT TV

You know, in Wii U settings, you can change the aspect ratio to 4:3 to get rid of the letterboxing. I do this with my crt and it works great.

Actually 4:3 displays letterbox while 16:9 does fill the screen but squishes the image down

@@Caolan114 yeah it’s unfortunate. A Wii is much better on a crt but the Wii U has the gamepad so it’s a trade off. I have both hooked up for that reason, wii for the crt, Wii U for playing on the gamepad

The Wii U supports the same AV cables as the Wii
