@@accellings wdym? it does help, when done right it gives you a 2 sec boost. it's hard to get it perfect because u have to be 100% familiar with the track

A few days ago I discovered using live tuning while driving to get higher speeds for the speed tap in the circuit near the base garage.
Now I see this time and when, in the video, the live tuning came up, I was like "omg OF COURSE!".
Watching this run makes me think about literally every track where live tuning can be used to improve the time. It's so epic.

I have a question, on your older runs, I remember that you always kept your deadzone at 11% and steering sensitivity on minimum and max downforce, but for this video, you had your steering sensitivity up one point from the middle, you changed your settings since then? What deadzone and steering sensitivity do you use now?
Yea I've changed it since then. My deadzone is at 9.5% and steering sensitivity is one point to the right

@@shadowacewalker2043I know this is old but if it works anything like cod the stick drift will depend on your controller and how old it is. If you see the car turning without touching the stick just bump it up a bit.

What an amazing run, you inspired me to get into racing against time and I've been trying to set a record too, I just started and I managed to go from 2:44:93 to 2:42:54 on Sonic with my RSR. But the thing is I think I will never be able to make it since I play the game on keyboard and maybe this car unlocks it's full potential with a controller. I was wondering if there's a world record set on keyboard driving, do you think this time is obtainable playing with keyboard?

Best setup tires cuz I’m stuck between track and race and I previously seen a comment saying you use race tires more now..Is that cuz of cornering ability
Race tires give your car more initial turn in. Your car will feel "looser", but if you aren't careful with your steering your car will fishtail really easily. Track tires make the car feel stiffer so you'll have to work harder to get your car around the tighter corners, but there's virtually no risk of your car fishtailing. Either one is fine. I'm speaking only about the rsr here. Other cars have different setups.
@@TheGoliath yes I was mainly talking about the rsr as well and I greatly appreciate the info because I have been setting faster times myself by using the world record sheet I was provided by the crew I’m in and analyzing where I need to improve with handles and nos points on curves
