- Nfs Heat. The last Need for Speed game that was developed by EA Ghost. Need for Speed Heat was fairly well received by both fans and critics, many claiming it was the proper return to form that the NFS franchise needed. Personally I think the pros outweigh the cons in this installment and I like the direction that Ghost went in with this title. If there was one thing you wish you could see in Heat that wasn't included, what would that be? Personally, I hate the fact that NFS Heat has no real multiplayer (Speedlists) the way NFS 2015 did.

That was always my biggest issue with heat, hitting cops barely damaged them and for some reasons severely damaged only my car. So even if I purposely slam my car into a cop, i'm getting punished for it. Never made sense to me.
Finally someone feels the same as I do about the police in this game.
It’s absolute bullshit how damage works in this game.
I also can’t stand the police’s rubber banding in this game, it feels very unnatural and scripted.
NFS Rivals cops were challenging but felt way more natural.
@@shnubdawg7730 Also, titles like U2 and Most Wanted had level field regardless what car you drove because all of them are equally competitive fully upgraded and they also sacked performance of quite a lot cars.
You should get the damage reduction auxillary part to combat that.

I've seen several different kinds of older NFS cars coming by in newer NFS games, But most of them never felt like the real deal. And some were just straight up terrible.
These do a much better job. They're almost exact copies. Which i highly appreciate :)

Interestingly japanese people pronounce Nissan with the accent at the last syllable rather than the first. They do that to avoid making it sound like "Nii-san" (兄さん) which you likely already know means "big brother" This means that at 7:24 when the cop screams "Stop that Nissan now" it kinda sounds like "Stop that bro now".
As a bonus, it's a thing to refer to the r32 as just 32 (三二) pronounced "san ni". If you watched initial D you know what I'm talking about.
Anyways. Nice video. I hope these continue. NFS Heat is absolutely crazy.

Got some fancy spike trip dodging and glorious traffic moments this episode. It's almost as if the traffic AI has not changed much between games, most of the quirks it still has have been there for a long time. I'm surprised that physics are still wonky though, trying to run over a traffic car and rolling over was funny but so stupid to witness. Amazing how 15yrs+ old games still have better physics in various scenarios.
Also, noticed something else that is wrong with Eddie's parts. The exhaust wasn't the only wrong part compared to the original UG1 model, as I pointed out in a previous video, but the hood also is. In UG1, Eddie's Skyline had a stock hood with a vinyl applied to it to mimimck carbon fibre, whereas in the cutscenes it was actual carbon fibre material but the hood was once again different, being an aftermarket part (the cutscenes also show the rims as being orange/gold). This is probably nitpicking considering even in the original game, the car was not consistent between the actual gameplay and the cutscenes, but hey, some random trivia every now and then doesn't hurt.

my builds are the opposite of yours composed of some stickers from NFS PAYBACK on both sides with a speedhunters/toyo tires a banner on the front window. the main paint is usually white black or gray. it just feels like it needs a little sumthin

The NFSU2 clip was so relatable. Played it again a few months ago and you'd really hate it if they timed you right when they slammed on the wall. No advantages on hard difficulty but I liked playing in that back in NFSU2. Playing it on easy now in Heat.

y'know, one of the few things I find awesome bout SHDWSKII, is that they use the musics from Carbon or MW, and it just fits awesomely with the entire gameplay

For me, nfs hot pursuit 2010 was my favourite one. I really enjoyed playing that game. Played the remastered version of it on me ps5 and the graphics just looked amazing on it. They need to make another nfs game like the 2010 nfs.
