If it "feels" like Vaporwave, and it "sounds" like Vaporwave, than it might as well be "Vaporwave," for the entire "type" is itself a deconstruction of not only consumer-capitalism, but also music itself. Mallsoft is Mallsoft, a derivation of the dreamy haze of "Vaporwave." Ride the currents, friend, for nothing is to be taken as serious, and "official" is a little too serious, in my opinion, for the "genre."
